Never ever buy from this place

This company needs to get a grip, they start doing beggy discounts, emails every day begging you to shop here because all these other places start doing replicas on their brand and then they cant even send out their items it’s an actual joke. Same as everyone else- ordered in November and still haven’t received an update only a shoddy email that’s been sent to everyone and their nan. I’ve sent multiple emails, atleast if your brands dying out have some decent customer service. This company’s usually okay ( years ago) customer service always been bad but never this bad. Wont be ordering from here again, will expect my order to be cancelled tbh like everyone else’s. this is the time everyone is buying people christmas presents and they have no care in the world to ship items out to their customers who pay hundreds. I found it weird when I noticed the pre ordered items shipped on a friday- but also it’s been a week since the pre order ship date and over a month since I ordered and still no update on my order. Disgusting service from them all round.

Bought an item on 28th November thinking this will be plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. I have contacted and I have been told they cannot even advise when I will receive this. No going through process of refund. Really poor company

WHERE THE HECK IS THE GODAMNN ORDER? the company is utterly dog shit, if i could swear here i would, i've emailed them several times, no number to call, terrible response times, i ordered 3 weeks ago and they STILL have not replied to any email sent besides 1 out of 10! And when they did, it was to ask about my order number, date of order placed, email which is self-explanatory and my name. Like wtf.No number to call either, taking the absolute piss out of a pisspot, here no wonder they have so many bad reviews.What a joke of a company!Crippling shit customer service honestly.

Ordered since 28th November for my boyfriend Christmas gifts never dispatched the items emailed them everyday almost no one got back to me the worst company to scam peoples money DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. So disappointing.

Do not buy from this company! Waited 6 weeks for an order only part of its arrived the item looks fake has no labels on and is covered in marks! Have asked for a refund and they don’t reply! Complete scam company do not buy! Just well burn your money

Christmas wreckers **AVOID**

There appears to be no customer service and a complete lack of care and empathy for their customers who are spending their hard earned money.I placed an order on 26 November 25 and despite taking payment and receiving a confirmation email I have heard nothing from them since. I have emailed them 4 times requesting an update but no response. I am going to have one very disappointed teenager at Christmas!!!I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards, Watchdog and any other organisation who will care to listen.

I've bought a top on their website on 16/12. I've sent an email asking for an update on 16/01. As of 20/1 I haven't received the top or response to my email. Ordered on the 24th and 28th November, 3 separate orders not one of them has arrived, have emailed over and over, messaged on Facebook and instagram and no reply to any of them. Over £100 worth of stuff I ordered for Christmas and can’t get a reply out of anyone for a refund, will not use this company again

Bunch of clowns trying to open a business. Thats what Happens when you have some jokers that can’t handle a business. They can’t even explain why the orders are delay, just ignoring customers. That’s my first and last time buying anything from these clowns. But yeah, I’ll give you a discount, it’s Just d*heads thinking that they can be something else. That’s why mandem never will be successful in business
