If I could rate lower I would! Placed N order on 28th November. One item turned up dec 12th. The other a £70 hoodie is still outstanding, nearly two mths from ordering!. Contacted them via email for times. Usual automated response, saying they will reply within 48hrs. Obviously that's just like there shipping service, non existence!!! Avoid Avoid!!!

I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS!! I ordered my son his main box for Xmas on the 12th of December which was a tracksuit costing over £100. Not heard a thing after I’ve sent numerous emails. My son keeps asking where his present is. No number to ring and no actual human to talk to only automated email responses and that was only TWO! Reported them to my bank so hopefully I can get the money back and get my son something else.

Item not arrived after 6 weeks, no reply to emails, live chat doesn't work. Absolute scammers and you have the audacity to still post on social media. No doubt you won't be trading for much and you 100% should not be, you need shutting down, I hope trading standards get involved. Absolute joke. Have had to contact my card company to try and get a refund. You should be ashamed of yourselves !!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience i have been a loyal customer for years I order frequently I placed a order on the 12th January ive had no confirmation of my order there is no tracking my items have not been sent out in have emailed several times aswell as tried to reach out on Instagram and no reply very frustrating and very disappointed as this is a company I like , dreadful customer service i have reported this issue to klarna as I payed in 3, I want to know when my order will be sent or i want my money refunded asap,communication is dreadful dont think ill be buying from them again after this situation, seems like its frequent problem
