Hi,I have received one of the 2 tracksuits I placed an order for. The *PRE ORDER* Decoded Print Tracksuit - Black/Blue Is now showing Please note: This item will start dispatching from 9th JanuaryBut I have not received any update. I’ve waited weeks for my order and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Take a look at their FB page, so many customers waiting over a month with no order still having arrived. They don’t respond to any contact at all. They even posted a video two days ago guaranteeing Christmas deliver and there’s so many comments from people still waiting for orders placed in October!!
UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I have sent numerous emails. no replyI have left a review on here. someone has replied weeks late for the company but cause of trap star settings i can not reply to them!!! how stupid is that!!!!! I ordered on the 22nd of December. not recieved this item, not been refunded. paid Christmas special delivery never received. i want a refund now this is just taking the mickOrder TS1615844
Complete and utter scam. Stay away! Garbage of a shop that takes your money and then long long nothing. Not even a confirmation Email that you placed an order. No information about the schedule. Literally nothing. Only the money is gone. If you unlucky and have not printed the confirmation from the page you have no reference number and no way to place a complaint. But hey place where? Emails are mostly offline and the telephone as well. After many attepts one of the emails came though and still nothing. No answer. A week later I have got the message from a courier that a package is comming. At the end I have got the gift for my nephew but I would never order there ever again. This shop should be banned from the existence.

Ordered 18 November to be here for my daughter's birthday on Dec 21. Still hasn't arrived. Contacted both Australian and London via email provided under contact us tab on official website. No reply iv been emailing daily for a week now. Cannot find any other contact info. My teenage daughter isn't talking to me now.
