Ordered on 9 January 2026.Dispatch was stated as 7–12 working days, including pre-order items advertised as dispatching from 9 January.I contacted customer service after receiving no dispatch update and was issued ticket ID 724667. After providing all requested details, I have not received any further response beyond the promised 48 hours.I am simply looking for a clear dispatch date or confirmation of next steps.Happy to update this review once resolved.
I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.Ordered a tracksuit on 10/12/25 we are now on 8/01/26 and have not received my product or any sign it was dispatched. I have emailed customer service several times, but no response. They were quick to keep the money but not deliver on their promises. The tracksuit was supposed to arrive before Christmas. They used to be good back in the day, now their brand is going downhill. What a disgrace! DO NOT BUY from them! The quality has gone down too, so they probably order from China and put their labels on it, as stated in an automated email received " they were waiting for the goods to be shipped to their warehouse". I can see there are so many other people in the exact same situation. Not to add that I have also received an email that was intended for their workers only. What an absolute joke of a company!
Most experiences I’ve had with trapstar have been good but recently I got sent the complete wrong item and trying to get hold of the company is impossible. The item that was delivered to me was very poor quality as the print had faded on the front and the item had no tags atall… also been waiting ages for another order that I still can’t get hold of the company
Ordered an expensive jacket early December for my nephews Christmas, it arrived pretty quickly but wasn’t suitable. I returned it immediately following all instructions via Royal Mail tracked at a cost of £13.25, it was delivered back to trapstar the day after. No response from Trapstar advising it had been received back. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. No sign of my refund. I wish I’d read all the 1 star terrible reviews before ordering. Zero customer service, but happy to take your money. The only email I received was in error advising me of a staff sale!!
I sent this brand already 3 emails about my pre order #TS1624830. On website it is not written when they gonna start ship Ed Hardy pre order shirts, on other pieces you can see for example it will be shipped from 23 January. I sent them 3 emails about this and until now its no response. Guys cmon. I used to like your brand so much but its just goin worse and worse with them. UPDATE!: This new operation manager Deshawn looks like really good guy who wants to help. I hope we and also he can find solutions for all the issues what happened in the past!
updating my review to 3 stars to say i finally got my full refund,;for all items. Customer service needs to respond to mails and let people know their refund is coming. i had to make all sorts of threats, going to small court; and all that legal stuff, before getting a response and my money back. Order 3 things within 5 days time period, all came around the 22nd. On the 28th I went to go return all of them because my son didn’t like it because it didn’t fit. By jan 2nd everything had been returned except I hadn’t gotten a refund. So I email and email and email trapstar, but guess what; no response. This has to be the worst customer service and I’m going to take legal action. Some useless company
