Review Time
Same as everyone else - ordered a sweatshirt as an Xmas present on 1st Dec. No acknowledgment of my order whatsoever and don't respond to emails asking when its likely to be dispatched. Now i'm going to have to find something else and claim a refund through my bank. I thought Trapstar were a legit/decent company but it appears not!!
My son placed an order about 2 weeks ago and he’s still not received his order. After seeing all these bad reviews I’m even more annoyed 😒 This company used to be alright, my son and I have spent a small fortune on past orders and never had a problem until now.For anyone reading this raise a dispute with your bank, you should get your money back!
Like everyone else, ordered 2 items 24th November and not even dispatched yet. Ordered as part of my sons Christmas so very frustrating, not likely to receive so now I will need to buy something else whilst we wait. Maybe I’ll get it in time for his birthday next October when it no longer fits. Won’t be using this company again. Update: well both items finally arrived separately and in time for Christmas. Terrible service but did finally arrive and items are good quality. If you decide to order give yourself plenty of time for delivery.
On the 12/12/25 I ordered a tracksuit (TS1613577) from Trapstar London.It is now the 29th of January 2026, still not received the tracksuit, had no updates or communication on the order. I have emailed several times with no acknowledgment.I have never known a company with such shocking customer service.
My experience with Trapstar London has been absolutely atrocious. I placed an order and only received part of it an entire month later—and that was the least frustrating part. I’ve emailed them FIVE times asking where the rest of my order is, and they have completely ignored every single message. No update, no explanation, nothing.They’ve taken my money and basically vanished. The level of unprofessionalism is honestly disgusting. I’ve never dealt with a company that shows such blatant disregard for its customers.I will NEVER order from Trapstar London again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Made 2 orders on 11.12.25 3 t-shirts in each order, 1 order all size small, 2nd order all size medium for my son for Christmas.Kept the size small, sent the size mediums back via royal mail as advised and paid for the postage.They were delivered to Trapstar on 12.01.26, photo provided via royal mail tracking.As at 18.01.26 no response received so I sent an email advising I'm waiting for a refund for order TS1612967, no reply. Standard email reply received asking for name, order number, email, date order placed and post code. I replied the same day.No reply received so sent a follow-up email on 21.01 26, still waiting!!!...........Customer service is none existence can't contact by phone, the number just cuts off, chat is a waste of time.You are keeping my hard earned money unlawfully. My statutory Customer rights means I am entitled to a refund, the goods were returned in the correct manner the tshirt packets weren't even opened, and were returned in the same state they were delivered in.Avoid at all costs....
More like Crapstar!!! Paid £15 to track a return parcel and STILL waiting on refund even though the tracksuit was returned on the 18th December I’ve sent a number of emails to the customer ‘no’ service team and had no response!! On website it says they have a live chat… they don’t and phone numbers don’t work!! Need to get a decent customer service team who will respond to customers charging what they do for the clothes there’s no excuse AVOID AVOID AVOID at ALL costs!!
