Trying to re sell tickets for Cleo Sol…

Trying to re sell tickets for Cleo Sol all points east as I can’t attend. Forced to use the app for AXS to try and re sell. No pdf ticket. No access to my own tickets I’ve paid for and no helpline.Ridiculous. Why can’t I sell my own tickets on another platform? They’ve been listed at a good price for a week. Avoid buying tickets through AXS if you can

I had an issue accessing my email…

I had an issue accessing my email address to verify a login. With a concert to get to in two days time and it being 20 mins until the chat line closed on a Sunday, Lennon AXS UK was able to help me verify the login and transfer the tickets to an accessible email address with friendly and to-the-point help in about 5 - 10 mins. To say I'm relieved is an understatement, so thank you very much!

Wheelchair users

I took my sister who has several disabilities and is a wheelchair user. We drove and used the pre booked assigned blue badge parking, really close to the venue. The staff were very kind and caring and took us to the accessible seating areas.We had a great view and the whole event was a fantastic experience and having staff that looked out for us, made everything go smoothly.

Separate bookings for gig and parking needed -> we can't get parking

Can't book car park tickets at the same time as booking gig tickets. Has to be two separate transactions. This is for Manics at Audley end, which we only found out about today, on day of gig.This meant that, although car park tickets were available when I started the booking process for the gig tickets, they were no longer available after I'd finished the purchase, so now we have gig tickets and no parking tickets for a gig in basically the middle of nowhere.This is literally the crappiest booking system ever.
