I made a mistake and it was corrected very quickly

I had made a mistake purchasing a ticketing with old details I was unaware of. I could not access my ticket. Contacting the live chat they helped me quick and professionally and kept their calm and patience while I was stressing and messing up big time. This is one of the best costumer supports I have ever been in contact with. 100% satisfied!
