Chat bot is rediculous

Chat bot is rediculous, want to be connected to a human to sort a query as the chat bot not helpful and it won't even do that. It says agents may not be available and to ask another question. Wouldn't mind, this is within operational hours as well. Order number 1120114944.Was contacted by staff and they was helpful so amended the star rating. I feel that there should be an internal message service on the account if unable to speak to online agent.

Mona was really helpful

Mona was really helpful. I was having issues because the live chat kept disconnecting every time I checked my email or details in another tab. I still think this needs to be fixed, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five. But Mona was great and helped to solve my issue.
