Have not received my money!

I sold two Billie Eilish tickets through AXS for an event on July 14, 2025, but I'm still waiting for my payout of £172.10.On July 28, 2025, I contacted a representative named William, who promised to pass my information along for a payment reattempt. When the funds didn’t arrive, I contacted AXS again and spoke with Musu, who assured me that the payout had been processed on Monday, July 28, and that I should see it in my bank account within a few days. Unfortunately, I’m still left waiting.I'm incredibly frustrated having to repeatedly chase down my money, which should have been refunded immediately. The treatment I've received from AXS has felt unfair and disappointing. I'm well aware of my rights and intend to reach out to consumer agencies and Trading Standards concerning this matter.If AXS responds to my review, I won't engage with them further, as their promises regarding my funds have proven to be unreliable. Should I not see my money within the next 48 hours, I will seek legal advice.I have screenshots of all my communications with AXS agents as well as an email I received from them (REFERENCE: #request116492). I plan to forward this evidence of the misinformation from AXS to the relevant agencies and use it when I consult with legal counsel. This situation feels like daylight robbery.I would strongly advise against using AXS for buying or selling tickets. Update 7/08/2025:On August 6, 2025, I was contacted by an agent named Ben, who provided invaluable assistance with my concerns regarding my payout from the resale of my tickets. He informed me that I should expect my payment by August 8th, and if it didn’t arrive, I was to reach out to him via email. Today, August 7th, I checked my bank account, and I’m pleased to report that my money has come through! I want to extend my gratitude to Ben for his help with my issue and for his quick and effective customer service in ensuring I received my payment. Thank you, Ben! AXS Have always been helpful

AXS Have always been helpful and friendly and have a first class ticket booking system which is very fair to everyone. This is the first time I have ever asked where my refund might have gone as it was slightly over the allotted time scale, but the lady I spoke to via the online help pause courteous and respective to courtesy and went through all of the details very quickly, and confirmed that the refund was being processed and should arrive shortly. In short a faultless service.
