After trying to get a refund through the online form and through the bot, I was getting nowhere. However, I finally got through to the live chat and Sundas helped me very quickly and after asking some details, approved my refund. Wish it was a bit easier to get to that stage initially, but that isn’t Sundas’ fault.
Sundas was very patient, friendly and helpful, they deserve a raise. Ive had nothing but dismissal and been ignored by several other representatives over the last few days over a payment issue, with them constantly marking my tickets as 'solved' with 0 communication when they were not solved, and live agents saying they would get back to me but never did. I was beyond frustrated when I connected with Sundas, but they were patient, actually listened, and tried to resolve the issue, they understood my frustrations, kept me updated, and were very fast in their responses and then got the communications and answers I needed, very grateful to have finally been put through to a representative that wants to help, I didn't need the issue to be solved, just someone to at least communicate, but Sundas went above and beyond and I am very grateful.This 5 stars is for Sundas directly, not AXS service overall.
