Website easy to navigate, simple download of app. I was unsure how to provide proof of disability so I used the chat AI function which was a breath of fresh air, I am used to getting frustrated with chat function that don't recognise your request but this was really goid
they replied to my email quickly and were very helpful they moved my seats to a later date with no extra cost because we had a medical emergency and could not make the date we had booked we are very grateful for this as we could not afford to pull this money out again and we really want to see the show so we are over the moon with the response .
In Nov 24, I bought 2 tickets for a show on 20 June 25. Unfortunately life got in the way and I was forced to put the tickets up for resale on the AXS official site.On 14th June AXS confirmed that the tickets had been sold and that the refund payment would be made by 10 business days after the event = 4th July.By 7th July I had not received the refund so did a Live Chat and was told that the refund payment had bounced back from my nominated account but that accounts would try again.By 23rd July I had still not received the refund and my bank confirmed that no attempts had been made by AXS to make any payments. During another Live Chat that day I was told that the show had now been "rescheduled" to 31st October and that my only option was to wait til mid-November for the refund ???This is NOT acceptable as AXS received the resale money on 14th June and, as far as I am concerned, my agreement with them ceased at that point and they have no right towithhold my money any longer regardless of any show rescheduling etc.
BST Concert Hyde Park 13/7/25 cancelled. I had purchased Resale tickets on the AXS App, & was concerned having read online that only the original ticket holder would be refunded. I contacted AXS Customer Support. Very helpful, & reassuring. Followed up by a Full Refund by AXS. Thankyou, Phil.
