Frustrating and disappointing…

Frustrating and disappointing experience with AXSI booked tickets to see Lewis Capaldi through AXS and was really looking forward to the event. After securing my tickets, I also booked hotels and made travel plans around the date.Out of nowhere, AXS cancelled my order. I received a vague email saying they were “unable to verify aspects of the transaction” and had refunded me. No details were given, and there was no chance to fix whatever the issue was. Just a cancellation and a link to their Purchase Agreement.For a ticketing company, this is incredibly poor service. Plans were made, money was spent, and the cancellation was handled with zero transparency or support.Very disappointing. I won’t be using AXS again if I can avoid it.

The advisor 'Mine' was very unhelpful

The advisor 'Mine' was very unhelpful, ending the chat without resolution and despite me sending further explanation of my issue. They did not even attempt to look any further into the query, just ended the chat leaving my message awaiting a response. However, 4*'s because William was able to pick up on this and resolve my query in full within a matter of minutes. Very happy with the service provided by William!
