Been trying to book tickets for ABBA Voyage for days now - money taken 7 times yet no tickets (just an error message) and no way of reaching customer service - incredibly difficult getting the bank to refund it - ***UPDATE there is no order number you just keep taking the money and flashing up an error message saying the order cannot be completed ***UPDATE - we’ve already filled in that form and contacted the bank to no avail waste of time contacted pay pal waste of time - we just want help to book tickets!
I had a major problem with accessible tickets for Michael Buble at Sandringham. Got frustrated as no direct phone number so had to go on their chatline. Got a lady call Lily who was absolutely amazing. She requested details of my order etc and within 20 minutes issued was resolved at no additional cost. Thanks to Lily I will now be able to relax and enjoy myself in a comfortable, safe place.
