1 star is far too many stars for this company. I put my tickets up for resale in March. They sold the event was the 9th June. Added my payment details and was told I would be paid 10 working days after the event. Here we are 6 weeks after the event and I’m yet to receive my money as they keep telling me my payment method has expired. I’ve added a PayPal account now, yet I’ve still not been paid. Spoken with customer service multiple times to be told it’s been raised with the finance team and they will come back to me. Still NOTHING!! I’m constantly chasing every day to get the same answer which is they are waiting for the finance team to come back there’s nothing more they can do, no help. I think the next step maybe a small claims court, if I don’t get an answer very soon! Will never resell tickets with AXS again!!!
I sold Billie Ellish tickets for the 14th July. Still haven't received payment, Was never informed you need to wait 10 days!! Updated to PayPal as advised. Again wasn't informed it would take any further 10 days. Chasing CS. False promises and no customer service at all.Never again!!Its the 07th Aug.. Still no payment and they have said the account numbers haven't been added. they are making it as hard as possible to return the money paid.. account details added since I paid for tickets!
