Contacted AXS accessibility line to arrange essential companion tickets for Halestorm / Bllodywood. The adviser was helpful and organised booking the tickets in no time. Great experience that end. Only giving four stars because it was a long wait, had no idea whst place I was on the queue. Since I wanted to book companion tickets for the standing area, I wish there was an easier way to do this. Quite a few venues can sort this via email. BP Pulse live Birmingham needs to work on this
Me and my partner want to sell our tickets to an upcoming event as we cannot attend due to being double booked. Both the transfer and sell buttons are greyed out - we contacted customer service only for them to basically tell us they can’t assist us and selling our tickets just isn’t an option. This was never stated when the tickets were purchased which is required as stated in their FAQ page. When we explained that to their customer service team, their agent Farah sent us an email that failed to address our concerns and told us she can’t help us further - what a waste of time and money. We really hope they can assist us with the transfer of our tickets and rectify their errors.
Awful system. There is no booking reference as no one could get the thing to work. Those in the queue had problems with you reading the QR code, lack of signal etc etc. This is discrimination against those who do not have a phone. They said the tickets had been dispatched, then they printed off the wrong day.
