my call handler was very efficient and direct with my accessibility questions and was able to help me and reserve tickets for a period of time which I am now going to book! very informative without it being too over whelming

The Customer Support agent William was super helpful and solved my problem quickly - he personally is 5-starThe reason for the 1 star reduction is the Zendesk system is very frustrtaing because if while waiting you inadvetently change web pages, you lose your place in the queue have to start again.

Axs sort out your non existent Customer service

I have been trying to talk to a human with this company for 5 WORKING days with no success. An event I bought a resale ticket, on their site, was cancelled. They haven't sent me any emails informing me. The ticket has disappeared from my phoneThe gig was cancelled on 12th July.The customer service seems to be AI generated. How ever I phrase the question it tells me to click on the customer service button. By doing that....Yes you guessed it Ms AI comes up and asks how IT can help.Conclusion Axs must be earning a fortune holding on to money that isn't theirs. Bet they wouldn't like it if their customers held on to payments for tickets as long as this!!!I have tried the 2 advertised numbers but they are not working.

Don't use this company to sell your tickets.They say you will be paid automatically 10 days after the event which is bad enough,10 days pass and nothing is paid so you query it with them online which takes hours,then they say to check your axs account to make sure your bank details are correct,you can't see your bank details so your only option is to edit them by putting them in again ,then they say you have to wait another 10 days because you've changed them! So you wait another 10 days and still no payment,after that they ignore all your emails and requests for help.Sound familiar?This is what's happening to hundreds of customers.Join the forum and we can all take a legal case against this company

Responded really quick, used compassion to deal with my situation as my son had chicken pox. Won't hesitate to keep using this company as there service stands out way higher than some other local venues
