Frustating System Failure

Very frustating got through to payment to put in bank code then got kicked out so lost the concert tickets, therefore as I tried again for tickets and kept clicking on the ones available, which then repeatedly said not available!!! I was classed as not a genuine buyer, very upsetting I failed to get my tickets through no fault of my own, it's just not fair to genuine concert fans.

AXS didn't work for reselling tickets

I listed my tickets for resale at a heavily discounted price. No matter which expiry option I chose (event start time, one day from now, custom, one hour before event) the system would only accept expiry one day before the event. The 'custom' option wouldn't allow any time input at all (broken link?). So my tickets for a popular event have had no interest at virtually half price. Its definitely not a realistic option for reselling unwanted tickets. Its the first time I've been unable to resell tickets (at well under face value) At least Viagogo works!

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent, no phone number, email and the chat is simply useless. How can you expect to build a good customer base when your deliberately making it hard for customers to get in touch

The most infuriating app I've ever used…

The most infuriating app I've ever used and won't be using it again , so the nec and the nia will be loosing out of my custom , all because the ticket service people were made redundant and replaced by a robotics company with 95 % bad reviews , dont worry I'm waiting for a robot reply saying there very sorry and will try harder next time and it proberly was my fault.
