I could not get onto the site as my…

I could not get onto the site as my apple phone hid my email address ! When I realised security wouldn’t let me change my email. I then tried to delete app and you needed so much personal details again. Could not reload app and register as said there was a log in under that email but then couldn’t not log in as kept saying there was a problem. Your tech bot just went round in circles. Site maybe ok if all goes to plan but your error correction is a nightmare. Spent a lot of my valuable time trying to get app to work and now fed up!

Forget trying to buy resale tickets - you have been warned!…

Had a resale ticket in a basket multiple times (lost count at 16) and every time had some form of error. Then managed to buy a standard (non-resale) ticket with no issues. Clearly your resale system is a bug-ridden waste of space. SORT IT OUT!

AXS STOLE MY MONEY – 20 Days Since Event, Still No Payout

I sold my event ticket through AXS over 20 days ago. The event came and went, and I’ve received no payout, no real explanation, and nothing but copy-paste replies from customer support telling me to “wait another 10 days.”This issue has been ongoing for weeks. My bank details are correct. The event is long over. There's no excuse. AXS has effectively stolen my money, and support refuses to give a straight answer.This is beyond incompetence — it’s dishonest business. Their platform is happy to take your cut, but when it comes time to pay you, suddenly it’s “wait another 10 days.” Over. And over. And over.If you're considering using AXS to sell tickets: don't. Just burn your money — it's faster and less frustrating.

From a disabled person's perspective

I've purchased concert tickets through AXS over 10 times. As a physically disabled customer I can only sit in specific seats. AXS staff always cater to my needs in a friendly manner - both via phone & email.

A couple of glitches :

A couple of glitches :the link for payment did not work initially and our seats were released so had to go through the whole process again . also on the app the keyboard function does not show to confirm the text codes sent so had to copy and paste
