Purchased three tickets for Shawn mendes this morning at 115 four hours later all the tickets next to this are now £77 so I have paid over £100 extra for the same tickets

Really bad system for foreigners

Really bad system for foreigners. Bought tickets from Brazil and kept me asking if I was a really Fan. If i did not had a friend that was from UK I would have lost my rockets. And to contact help was really an awful experience.

Can’t see stage from Pepsi Deck

Premium tickets had zero visibility due to the O2 setup. Appalling service on the night from the O2 and AXS need to validate their tickets as the Pepsi Deck is not a premium area.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Their website gives the opening hours for their help centre, but with no phone number! Anywhere. The phone number on Google doesn't work. If the chatbot can't help, we should be transferred to an Agent! Trying to set up an account for payment on my account, having sold some very expensive tickets. It won't work. It keeps saying First name is invalid length or format. I can only assume that it is because it has just my first initial down on my account for some reason. However, absolutely no way to edit my name on my account. Sent contact form days ago. Event in two days. Truly terrible customer service. I was prepared that I might have to be on hold for ages, but to actually not even put a phone number next to your opening hours. Disgraceful.
