Review Time
This ticket purchase was unbelievably difficult. I do not know how I managed to get these tickets in the end. I tried to book earlier in the day but was consistently rejected as a bot whatever I tried to do. There was absolutely no way of contacting your Customer Service to give the error code and your AI bot could not answer why - it gave a message that it was still being trained!!! UPDATE!After I left this 1-star review, I was contacted by Tom by email and then a phone call to find out about my issues which, like many here, were mainly due to their system treating me as a digital entity instead of a person. I have to say that Tom's assistance has been exemplary and I believe I should now be able to purchase in future without the same blockages. It's a pity that the access to a Customer Service representative as good as Tom is not by a phone number and I would urge AXS to go back and add that method. So, I have upgraded my review as Tom's help and diligence deserves 5-stars which will now be 3-stars on average. Final note - AXS' new AI bot is really bad but it's not the worst as I now know that Virgin Media's phone answering AI bot is stupefyingly bad. How did companies' Customer Service get this bad generally??!!
I am not happy with my expirenceThat l was not allowed in to the concert of the Altar .l was greatly discreeted l struggled with mu walking sticlk all the way.the lady printed out 2023 and l gave them my phone .The lady to print out my co formation number and print out my the pass to get through in.the event on the Altar.date. 27.6.2025 6 pm as old as l am 70yrs by deprived of my joy of going inito the auditoroum and wasted time. Thank.l think the jesus house purchased the 2 tickets for my seat C4 and N12 .some one tried to fiddle with me on my phone asking me to put my bank details. I explained to the lady .who wanted to print out my print out.she gave me a printbout of 2023 event and l was sent away
Have used axs without issue before. Unfortunately, my recent use of axs was a little disappointing. Booted out of the site initially. Having to select seats 1 at a time then being told some of your seats are no longer available when you get to the basket is frustrating as hell!!! Also not being able to select seats in different rows ( 2 in front of the row selected due to availability). Got to basket to pay, seats released and Info popped up stating seats can’t be bought in different rows 🙄 Ended up with no seating tickets. Axs need to up their game and re-programme their site so that seat selection is like Ticketmaster where all seats can be selected and added to the basket together. Update: disappointment continues with AXS. Managed to get tickets, need to transfer them to family but can’t because they are not available. AXS unable to state when tickets will be sent to my account as this is apparently done by promoters. Funnily friends have tickets already available for resale or transfer.
Had an issue with me not recieving my booking confirmation, originally tweeted them asking for help and they asked me to raise a ticket (having experienced IT tickets - I know sometimes it can take a while for things to be sorted) however, to my amazement, almost immediately I had a response from Joe with my booking confirmation and an explanation of what went wrong! Absolutely faultless and would highly recommend to anyone to use this company in the future! Thanks again Joe & team!
