William was outstanding in dealing with the incorrect name on the tickets. Had to wait for some time to get through on the live chat once there effective in amending the names and sending on the tickets for the event . Asked me to confirm new tickets received before completion of the task .
Still not received payment for tickets I sold for BST Neil Young 11/7.Despite receiving an email saying they do not hold back customers' money i can't see it any other way! Receiving goods without paying for them amounts to theft.Next stop I guess is making a statement to the police,how else can I get paid?
