System wasn’t responding. I contacted the venue directly and the issue was resolved. I’m first to say my IT skills are below par, but I had tried the options and once I had the venue look at the issue, system worked. Colosseum staff are excellent.Thank you
Milad was very helpful and courteous with all of my queries re ticketing, seating, & accessibility for one ticket holder. Carried out what they said they were going to do. Then kept me in formed of what they had done so that our visit to the Arena will run smoothly
Made an enquiry, was answered almost straight away. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't good, I had pre sale for Luke Combs, when it was my turn to purchase, system said I was a bot! So it failed, I stood no chance on general sale as all tickets were gone when I tried. No doubt the bots got them all, now it's going to cost me a lot more!
