System wasn’t responding, but now resolved

System wasn’t responding. I contacted the venue directly and the issue was resolved. I’m first to say my IT skills are below par, but I had tried the options and once I had the venue look at the issue, system worked. Colosseum staff are excellent.Thank you

I have several issues ussing APP

I have several issues when trying ot order tickets using the APP, many times it says there was an issue or the seats have suddenly become unavailble but always still show on the Map!!

Made an enquiry

Made an enquiry, was answered almost straight away. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't good, I had pre sale for Luke Combs, when it was my turn to purchase, system said I was a bot! So it failed, I stood no chance on general sale as all tickets were gone when I tried. No doubt the bots got them all, now it's going to cost me a lot more!
