This is an utterly hopeless platform.horrifically glitchy to search for and buy tickets. It will identify you as a bot for looking at it the wrong way or daring to refresh the page. Congratulations! You've made the process of buying tickets so utterly horrific that I yearn for the halcyon days of doing battle with the touts and scalpers.

Dodgy advertising, saved by customer service assistant

I purchased tickets for an event which were badly advertised on the website. After multiple attempts to speak to you via Facebook, your pop up on your website and email, I finally got through to your customer service team and to Francesca. She was amazing, so helpful, knowledgable and quick to reply, a breath of fresh air. I can’t thank her enough for the work she did and she personally has improved my view of this company tremendously- but I would recommend caution if ever purchasing with them again. Thank you Francesca.

Bought a resale ticket which never showed up on app, tried log out and back in but now says invalid email and password even after successful reset. Customer support chat are useless I follow all their instruction and when they realise they can't help they disappear im fuming and £45 down for what

Worst platform to try and book tickets

Worst platform to try and book tickets. Impossible to navigate quickly and easily for popular artists. When you select your seats (which is a faff) and add to your basket and go to checkout within 3 seconds the tickets are “gone” and then it will tell you you are acting like a bot with more than 1 window open even when you haven’t!!! Waste of time even attempting to get tickets.
