Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience trying to get tickets over three different release dates. Each time, selected two tickets from a variety available only to be told no longer available when checking out. This happened EVERY SINGLE TIME and with EVERY SINGLE TICKET SELECTED.Clearly the bots are able to use the platform as the resale tickets are in abundance already.Awful experience for true fans.

Bot blocked 🚫 Annoyed at getting bot blocked. However, Ashir @customer services was very helpful. I felt like everything was tried to sort out my account. Eventually had to wait out the time lock but Ashir explained every step.

Typo's cause delay

It took a few days to respond but the operative, Chelsea was great and with a little bit of investigation the issue was sorted. Lesson learnt always check you've typed your email correctly!

10 days to get payment for re sold tickets and have the balls to take £9.45 as customer connection fee whatever the f that is stay away from this company can’t wait to get MY money will never use again

I had a wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience. I bought five tickets for a concert. I wanted to transfer 1 ticket to my friend. Somehow my friend has seen the ticket in his email inbox, but he couldn't get the ticket. I was trying to get axs help . Finally they have solved the problem very very quickly. Its amazing.

Quick response knew exactly what the problem was and resolved it. Your AI Chat is not good and finding your customer service number was very difficult but once found the person dealing with my query was excellent

It's impossible to get AXS working with…

It's impossible to get AXS working with mobile data (complaining about Fair fan experience) even before the event to make sure all needed tickets are accessible and are working fine. How can i know that this will work on the entrance of the venue at Stockholm (Mumfords and Sons concert) this November?? Im not local, will travel from Latvia, so this experience is bad already. Edit: Contacted support and explained that there are too many requests from same IP and therefore it assumes im I a bot. Latter on conversation, support said that issue is because im on Latvia (and therefore have more strict rules on accessing app) and when I will be on Sweden, it all be ok. Will keep this rate low as this isn't how things should be handled.

Steep 10% booking fees applied, AXS have just created a monopoly whilst offering next to no value add in the booking process.Cutting out the likes of Ticketmaster and internalizing those margins themselves, shameful!
