After 2 stressful days of trying to call unobtainable numbers, speaking 2 virtual assistants 3 times and them telling me it was a problem at my end and to change my password, which just log me out of my account altogether. Aniko resolved my problem in 10 minutes.
I had two email accounts for tickets I had booked and I couldn't switch accounts to get access to my tickets. The customer service advisor (Holly) was quick, efficient and got my tickets into my standard account within seconds.It was THAT good, I had to write a review - AXS, make sure Holly is rewarded for her excellent customer service skills.
I received support from Yunus today as I was getting incredibly frustrated with the App and AI Chat Bot. I posted on X.com and Yunus asked me to DM them which I did.They assisted me with my enquiry and resolved it, even checking in later on in the day that I had managed to resolve my issue.I rate the App and AI experience a minus 5, but the support from a human being a massive 5
