We had not received confirmation of our order and the e-tickets had not arrived. It turned out that we had a typo in our email address. Holly quickly resolved the problem and we received the tickets in seconds and also appeared in the app. Excellent service.
It's impossible to get AXS working with mobile data (complaining about Fair fan experience) even before the event to make sure all needed tickets are accessible and are working fine. How can i know that this will work on the entrance of the venue at Stockholm (Mumfords and Sons concert) this November?? Im not local, will travel from Latvia, so this experience is bad already. Edit: Contacted support and explained that there are too many requests from same IP and therefore it assumes im I a bot. Latter on conversation, support said that issue is because im on Latvia (and therefore have more strict rules on accessing app) and when I will be on Sweden, it all be ok. Will keep this rate low as this isn't how things should be handled.
