Can't be bothered to get back to me about my query. Tried live chat but it is a bot and you go in circles. Emailed and been over a week. ___Order #1180194861Is the order number, it has been transferred to me, tickets are a gift. I will reply again to my email and or world be appreciated if you can reply

Once again I am unable to buy tickets…

Once again I am unable to buy tickets through AXS. The site keeps asking for a code ?? No idea where I get this code from ??? The app also asks for my mobile phone number then won’t let me enter my number I had a dreadful experience trying to get tickets for the Hampton Court Flower Show in the summer and now am unable to buy tickets for the Malvern Autumn Flower Show. The AI bots just sends you round in circles Truly awful
