I would personally like to thank Anziya at AXS. Unfortunately we had a health emergency in the family and were unable to attend the date we had booked tickets for Abba. Anziya was very understanding and straight away sorted exchanging the tickets for a later date. She took the stress out of it all for us and I am so glad we still get to go to the show. Thank you so much!
