I was stressing so much about losing tickets due to my iPad glitching meaning the wrong email was put on the ticket purchase. Aniko AXS was amazing in proving, quick and efficient customer service, whilst being thorough and friendly. 11/10

Concert tomorrow - no tickets - no customer support at all - disgraceful!

Absolutely the worst customer experience possible. Concert tomorrow, tickets bought months ago. Not delivered. Couple of exchanges on X where they told me to do what I had already done. Still no tickets in my App and customer services just dumped my query - no reply for the last 2 hours. Have absolutely no way of getting the tickets. Curious!
