Aniko was very helpful - they refunded my tickets after being told 5 minutes before hand by William they are unable to do this even though I had only purchased my tickets less than 24 hours ago - also due to an issue on AXS website - thank you Aniko
Absolutely the worst customer experience possible. Concert tomorrow, tickets bought months ago. Not delivered. Couple of exchanges on X where they told me to do what I had already done. Still no tickets in my App and customer services just dumped my query - no reply for the last 2 hours. Have absolutely no way of getting the tickets. Curious!
