I purchased tickets in November 24 for event 10.05.25 Jason Manford, A Manford All SeasonsThe event was cancelled and rescheduled for September 25, which was no good for us So I sold the tickets via AXS app!Tickets were sold but then I was told I had to wait 10 days after the rescheduled event before I could get my monies back.I supplied all the details they required on their app but still no funds come through!I sent emails to them it took 2 weeks for them to respond.I have had 5-6 emails from them now (Farren) who tells me that I dont have the correct address so they cant do anything!I set the account up I paid the funds how can I not have the correct address?Very poor customer service, I would be careful as I cant see me getting my money back and not sure how to progress this as their is no telephone contact for them.Do not use very bad service!
My service today was exceptional! Nibras is the model employee with excellent Communication skills and patience. She was extremely helpful especially considering I am a disabled client, she provided all the information that was needed and made the transaction smooth and easy. Please keep a record of our conversation and use it to train other employees on how to speak to disabled people over the phone.
