I had an FUE Transplant with Dr Elgindi and I was so emotional and overwhelmed leaving the operating theatre seeing the first results. The whole process has been absolutely beyond perfection and impressive. Starting with my initial consultation with Paul Hammond, who made me at ease regarding the procedure and accurately drew my design to showcase to me the proposed hairline restoration, followed by accurate mathematical calculations to confirm the grafts required, including using cling film to measure and confirming the exact graft estimate was correct! I was even offered an earlier surgery date due to availability and was so thankful for his help.Meeting Dr Elgindi was an absolute pleasure and honour. He is such a remarkable and special person, his bedside manner and compassion are so comforting and it was an absolute honour to be his patient. He talked me through everything on the day and only proceeded with any step once I was comfortable and happy. He is such a skilled surgeon with surgical skills so impressive, I did not feel any pain at all, even during the anaesthetic! In fact, I was so comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure that I even managed to watch a whole Lord Of The Rings movie during surgery! Dr Elgindi communicated to me every single step of the process and it was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience being able to have banter and conversations with the team during a transplant. I was also fortunate and blessed to have such amazing Technicians by my side, Ali and Tasha. These ladies were so lovely and so comforting throughout. They planted my grafts so carefully and so comfortably that the end result was absolutely phenomenal. They truly take pride in their work and I am so grateful to have had them by my side.I felt so emotional by the end of my transplant that I could not believe what I was seeing. I am only 25 with a receding hairline and seeing the work these guys had done, seeing my hairline restored. It took my breath away and I was literally in tears of joy. Dr Elgindi, Ali and Tasha have changed my life. I have got back my confidence and no longer have daily worries about my hair. I cannot recommend the UK Hair Transplant Clinics enough. I still cannot believe it. I look in the mirror and almost tear up just seeing what these guys have done for me, they have truly changed my life. Every single step of the whole process was so comfortable and easy. Not to mention the amazing aftercare from Chelsea who contact me regularly with advice and seeing how I was getting on.I consulted with a few Hair Transplant clinics and I can only thank god more than anything that I came across UK Hair. These guys don't just do this as a job, but they take pride, compassion and love in what they do. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. I am writing this review 10 days post surgery – so final results of the procedure are still pending but my whole experience this far has been excellent. My Patient Co-Ordinator, Chelsea has kept in regular contact with information both pre and post surgery – and she has went out of her way to be caring, informative and helpful. My Surgeon, Dr Manish Mittal was a gentleman and a great surgeon – he went above and beyond for me on the day of the procedure. I would also like to draw special attention to my 3 x Technicians who assisted Dr Mittal on the day – Rosa, Brandin and Alicia – they were very professional, comforting and caring and looked after my welfare and comfort throughout the day.
Great service from UK Hair. The communication before a procedure and during aftercare is first class and I can’t recommend them enough. Not far enough down the line to see results yet but the consultation process, procedure and aftermath has all been a smooth and positive experience. I had my procedure with Dr Elgindi,his technicians on the day were Mollie and Ali.Chelsea was my patient coordinator who kept me updated and informed me of what would happen on the day and what I’d need to do the week before. I can honestly say the information she provided made it all a comfortable experience.On the day of the procedure I was thinking of backing out of it due to myself being anxious and nervous about operation on the day. I explained all my concerns to doctor Elgindi about the way I was feeling and he made me feel at total ease and after explaining what he was going to do he drew lines of where grafts would be put and where they’d be took from,So I decided to go ahead Dr Elgindi, Mollie and Ali made sure I was not in any pain or unease during the operation and kept me informed what was going on at all times(not to mention putting the classic movie FIGHT CLUB on for me😁).the whole procedure took only about 5 hours for me, I was relaxed and in no pain the entire time. Chelsea has been available day/night to answer any questions that I have and has made me feel like I was her top priority. I would highly recommend dr Elgindi and UK hair to anyone who is considering having more hair put in so they can have a better haircut😁👍A really professional company Can’t speak highly enough of themThank you UK HAIR
