I had my hair transplant done at UK Hair Manchester last week and I would like to thank Dr Elgindi and all his team (Ali, Mollie, Rosa, Judith and Chelsea in the aftercare department) for all the work they have done and how easy they have made the whole experience for me. They made me feel that the patient comes first and they made sure that I knew what was happening at every stage of the process.If you are thinking about getting a hair transplant this is the place to do it!
Their service is absolutely outstanding! The entire process is smooth and efficient from beginning to end. The initial sales team provides all the information you need without any pressure. The in-person consultations are both crucial and highly informative.On the day of the hair transplant, the team was once again exceptional. Everything was flawless, and the team assisting the doctor was equally impressive. The aftercare support, available via text and phone calls when needed, is always readily accessible.Thank you!
I recently had a hair transplant with Dr Elgindi, he put me at ease on the day and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Post op I have also received great aftercare from my patient coordinator Chelsea who guided me through the various care stages necessary in the weeks after the op. Whilst it’s still early days I am very happy with the results so far.
All members of the team were incredibly helpful, from my surgeon and nurses on the day, to Chelsea with aftercare. I was a little nervous before the transplant, however everyone made me feel at ease, and the day flew by. Looking forward to seeing the results in 12 months time!!
Im just shy of a week post op with UKHair so very early doors with my journey, but I can honestly say though, at this present moment in time from the start, the team have been great in all departments at UKHair, Lindsey, Nigel, Ashleigh, thank you 😊 A huge appreciation for Dr Tetiana Mamontova and her team of ladies, who made me feel so at ease and heard on the day of my surgery; within half an hour of meeting them at the Nottingham clinic, I knew I was in safe hands and it was an enjoyable day and experience 😊 A massive shout out to Chelsea, my patient coordinator who has been nothing but supportive and reassuring throughout these last few weeks, she has truly been amazing guiding me through everything!!! 🥰 I’ll be sure to write another review at the end of my journey, thank you 😊
Earlier in the year I was looking into a hair transplant. I wasn’t sure where to begin, I read that you can go abroad and you get it done over there but was unsure about the aftercare if I needed to contact anybody, or even just to speak to someone over the phone if I had any questions in general. I came across UK Hair transplants I was put far more at ease with their stance of looking after the patient and high standards of after care. I went to speak to a consultant from UK hair transplants clinics (zoom video call before that) and was put at ease as I was speaking to someone face to face.I decided to take the plunge and made an appointment for the hair transplant itself. What I liked appreciated the most before the surgery (December 2023) I could contact the company when I had any questions. I spoke to Chelsea and Kelsey and they very helpful.I arrived for my surgery and Met Mani (Dr Mittal) Mani was absolutely fantastic as he was very welcoming and it was a relaxed atmosphere I was walked through what would happen that day. I then met the 3 technicians in the operating room. Alicia, Natasha and Nicky. I was well looked after by the team we were and chatting throughout the day and making jokes. The team was OUTSTANDING as they treated me like a person and talked to me what was happening at certain points of the operation itself. I would mark 6 out of 5 stars if trust pilot would let me. The after care has been fantastic. Mani walked me through what to do in the next few days how to sleep how to wash my hair (goodie bag included before I left leaflet aswell the do’s and dont’s.) i was sent messages by the UK Hair Transplant clinics team what do and not to do after surgery. I’ve been contacted be Chelsea in the past couple of weeks to check up how I’m getting on and what to do on day 3, 5 , 7 and so on. I’m healing up really well and can’t wait to see the full results in the next few months. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had Dr Elgindi and the lovely technicians that were Mollie and Ali Not to forget Chelsea the excellent patient coordinator. I can comfortably say this is by far the finest and most comfortable experience I have ever had in a medical environment.Dr Elgindi, Mollie and Ali made sure all of my needs were met and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. Despite the whole thing taking over 8 hours, I was relaxed and in no pain the entire time. Chelse has been available day or night to answer any questions I have and has made me feel like my well being is her top priority. I would highly recommend this team and UK hair to anyone.
Tetiana was fantastic, made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Her experience was obvious so I felt in safe hands. The procedure itself was also done very professionally, I was always told about each step of the surgery before it happened which made me feel even more comfortable and the whole thing didn’t seem to take too long either. I also didn’t feel a thing! All the nurses were brilliant as well, friendly and professional. Very pleased with the overall experience so far and remain confident I’ll be pleased with the end results. Highly recommend.
