I orrdered directly from Ulanzi not knowing that they don't have US fulfillment, and that packages are shipped from China. (This information is not disclosed on their website.) After waiting over five weeks for my order I received a notification from USPS that the parcel had COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE and would not be delivered. I contacted Ulanzi for support and they completely ignored the information about counterfeit postage, telling me to just 'wait a little longer.'Side note... At the time of purchase I paid a few extra dollars for their "shipping insurance," only to now discover that when attempting to make a claim they won't refund the original payment method (credit card) and instead only offer direct deposit requiring me to provide my bank account routing information. For those that don't understand the significance of this, providing them this information would allow them to drain my checking account to $0. Now think about what I said about the counterfeit postage... a company that put fake postage on a package is now asking for direct access to my checking account! What an absolute scam. That's like a thief saying he'll give back the money he stole from me if I give him the keys to my house so he can deliver it personally, because "trust me bro." No way.I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
I have been using Ulanzi products for some time and their quality always impressed me. More recently, the company's customer service was very quick correcting a shipping problem created by USPS and this reassured the company's commitment with its products. I'll definitely continue using Ulanzi's products.
Customer service is speechless. Ask for cancellation right after the transaction (not shipped yet) because I did purchased wrong item. Told me to wait for the email. Next 5-7 day no answer. Then they shipped and I have to return all at my expense. I still return because bad service. Such a bad experience of shop online. “Ulanzi Assistant“ dont use it. Doesn’t help, complicate system.
Ordered goods with additional shipping protection and they have never arrived. Can see the tracking stop in a depot in London. Been there for weeks! Customer service terrible not doing their job. No refund, no sending of goods again. Just saying they await info from Royal Mail even when tracking I can see and they can see shows it’s never been given to Royal Mail. I was really looking forward to this product, but will never purchase from them again due to the truly appalling service I have received! :(
I had ordered Ulanzi Zero Y Lightweight Travel Tripod 3028 Kit 2 with a mini light. I was supposed to get a tripod, a phone kit, and a light. The only thing I got was the phone kit. The Tripod, the thing I was willing to spend 300 dollars on never arrived. I have video evidence that it was not stolen but never delivered. I tried calling +8618098963697 during business hours but no one answered. I tried calling multiple times too! This is very disappointing. I can't believe I did not get the tripod...just insane. No response from Ulanzi yet. ***Update. The item did arrive. This experience was still very stressful
