I have always had great luck with the Ulanzi brand. When I ordered a quick release plate and Velcro patch set during their anniversary sale, I decided to also get one of the mystery boxes, why not you know? I was sent a 10 inch panel light, wow! I had been wanting one, but needed to save up some for it, but what a great surprise. The customer service and delivery time were also great
My phone just slides off of the magnet. It looks great but doesn’t do the job. Then they took 2 and a half months to send it. By month 2 I canceled the order. They never responded and sent it anyway. And it turned out to be trash in a box.

I have other products from Ulanzi and enjoy them but a recent attempt to purchase from their web site has frustrated me. There is no customer service or contact possible with the company. It's all bogus and really leaves me feeling like I got scammed by them.The Facebook page does not seem to exist anymore. The phone number listed on the web site +8618098963697 is not a useful phone number. According to my phone the number rings in China and the only message is "Your account balance is five dollars". A second phone number on the site 180-9896-3697 takes me to a message in the Dominican Republic that responds only "Your account balance is five dollars."The chat function does nothing but open a window to Messenger with no account on the other end.Edit:Ulanzi did finally respond to most of my inquiries after I waited a few days. The responses have all been professional and similar in tone to the response they made to this review. The original issue was that I was never informed that my order had shipped. The web site was saying that the order was being filled and there was no email saying it had been shipped. I had wanted to cancel and order something else rather than wait while my order appeared to hang in the system. In reality the product had shipped the day after I place the order but I was never notified. Ulanzi did serve me well but communication was not good at that time.
Customer service is a scam. My emails were never answered. Facebook Messenger finally worked and the responder keeps making up story after story and refuses to give me a refund on an item I have been trying to cancel for 12 days. Also then keeps offering me half of what I paid for the item. DO NOT order off their website although after my experience maybe don’t order at all.
