Pure scam! I bought a product from this company but it doesn’t work at all since the magnet supposed to support my phone is super weak. Even a fridge magnet would be more powerful… (see for yourself in my video) And even though it would a deficient item from the production - which I don’t think so - the support team is as efficient as the product…lame! I’ve contacted them and they answer every 2-3 days if you’re lucky. Every time I said that I wanted a reimbursement in my email, they dogded my request and acted like they didn’t see it. And then, they said that they would send me the same item again to my address (that they asked me to confirm even though I didn’t want to), but since then, nothing…they just ghosted me… I sent my first email the 10th of June, we are the 3rd of July and I’m still waiting for them to act in any way! Believe me, you’ll be better off buying from a more serious company that sells real qualitative products!
DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY OFF OF WEBSITE. If you buy from them perhaps you'll have a better experience through a third party like Amazon or Best Buy. I ordered off the website because they were doing a Mother's Day sale. I bought a tripod and three accessories for the tripod. I received the accessories but no tripod. After a week I contacted them only for them to tell me the tripod was out of stock and would not be in stock for 6 months! They never sent me an email updating me so presumably they would've kept my money for 6 months with no update. I contacted them about a refund and it took days for them to refund me for the tripod. I had to pay $6 to return all the accessories. A week passes and no refund. I email to follow up and they refund 1 out of the 3 items. I've been going back and forth with them for the better part of 2 weeks and the guy is saying he needs proof that I've returned the other items and wants me to provide pictures in order to process the return! I have a tracking number that proves I sent a package and that they received the return. Why would I bother paying $6 to return an empty package? This is so ridiculous. My next call will be to my bank.
The customer service experience is the best experience I’ve ever received. They stayed on top of the order and made sure that I received my product Ulanzi stayed in constant communication with me even while I was too busy multitasking on other projects. I would like to thank Ulanzi.
This is a nice solid tablet holder, well-presented and packaged. It would have to be mounted on a ball head to be able to maneuver the tablet to different positions. If this was mounted up like the Neewer PA002 phone holder it would be a fantastic tablet holder.
