This company appear to have every element of failure as part of their business plan....no method of Tracking, no ability to provide Gatecodes etc, a robofone system from Hell, a CSR not fluent in English and the inability to provide exact delivery dates. Amazing they're still in business. I've notified EBay and requested my suppliers to avoid this carrier like the plague in future.
I would give zero stars if possible. They are lazy and totally incompetent. They keep item in warehouse...and then claim they can't find proper address after they say they tried delivery around midnight.After contacting original seller with detailed instructions on finding address, UniUni does nothing. How are they still in business?
They ATTEMPTED to deliver my package to a DOCTOR'S office on a Sunday at 8p, It is now Wednesday afternoon and the office is getting ready to close. calling customer service is a joke. they can't answer anything and the chat box does not answer the questions you ask. I've submitted 2 tickets and still nothing. How do people use this company? and why?
Failed delivery, once when business was closed, was rescheduled for 48 hours later, instead they tried again 6 days later and said business was closed when we were in fact open.Online ticket system does not work. Failed submission every time. Chat bot also does not work and circles around the asking for the same information until it to fails.Phone calls take forever and pass you around with nothing solved. Maybe you have high call volume because your online support is all broken.
I’d rate them 0 stars if i could. I had the displeasure of ECMS assigning them as my last mile carrier. Their tracking updates make no sense, the customer support is nonexistent and is like talking to a wall and they are horrendously slow.
This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. The incompetence goes anything beyond I have ever experienced. Customer service is terrible. The drivers are completely illiterate - This whole issue with 'Failed delivery attempt- Parcel returned to warehouse' when the address is correct is completely bogus. I would certainly not ever recommend Uniuni to anyone due to the enormous lack of competence this company has.Class action lawsuit is in the works right now.This company will be shut down.
UniUni is a disaster for both sellers and buyers of online products. I have been dealing with their non-deliveries for six months. If you're buying products on AliExpress then UniUni is often the only shipping option available to the sellers particularly for items marked as CHOICE. Recently, some eBay sellers have started using UniUni with the same no delivery results. Out of a dozen or so orders using UniUni as the shipping agent, in the last six months, only one was randomly delivered. The others all had some weak (obviously false) excuse as reported in many of these reviews. When buying products online I would make it a point to notify the seller that UniUni is not an acceptable shipping option. If you can nip the problem in the bud like that, you might actually receive the product you are buying...
