Worst delivery service!! The driver doesn’t care about your packages, they left them anywhere. One driver delivered my package at 3AM of course it was not there when I got up!!
The customer service couldn’t care less if you received your packages or not! As long as the driver put it as delivered. Very unreliable and inconsiderate!!! I wish I could give it 0 star!!!
Apparently my item was never shipped but UniUni claims that they tried to deliver it several times, LOL. LIARS. I finally had to cancel my order which I placed on Feb 21 to get in time for a trip I am going on next week, it should have been here days ago, another order I placed on Temu on the same day used a different shipper and that item came 2 days ago. I will buy from Temu again but won't buy from any vendor that ships with UNI.
This is the third time that my package was delivered to wrong address even the city was wrong. I have sent them pics of house plus directions and even pinned my address. Never get a response and they have no phone number to call. Ridiculous! I will check to see if a company ships with them and will not order from that company. So done with them.
One star is to much for this company. They had my package for weeks giving excuses/ lies daily for why it had not been delivered. Finally I had enough and called the seller after a month had gone by canceled my order then two days later they delivered to my business that was open at the time but the driver just threw $300.00 worth of merchandise up against the door and drove off instead of bringing it in like every other shipper. This package was in the branch for over two weeks in my town, I even offered to pick it up from them and they refused to let me. They are horrible!
Let me add to the 1 star list; Order placed with tracking number Jan 22 2026. Checked back after 3 weeks of no package, only to see they sent my package to the warehouse saying my address wasn't correct. (for the record, it was correct) I gave them my address again, and waited. 5 weeks have gone by, and now my tracking says it's going back to the vendor. No notice. No explanation. This is a great scam. The vendor will likely not go after a lost package shipped to another province, that I'm sure they'll never see returned to them. And the buyer is left at a loss. I wonder how long this company will continue to do what appears as stealing.
Horrible service.. this company has both of my packages and been having one since 1-15-2026 and the other since 1-23-2026 one has been in Dallas since it left Los Angeles and the other actually scanned in Houston (my city) then back to Dallas and no other scans since 1-26-2026 and 1-29-2026 and I’ve been emailing and calling and received an email saying the package is lost to contact the merchant.. this is the most pathetic service I’ve ever received from a delivery company.. This company should be banned from handling people merchandise
I would like to respectfully file a complaint regarding a recent delivery. I clearly indicated in the delivery instructions that the package must be placed at the front door. However, it was left inside an unattended mailbox, which is not secured.
This is concerning because the mailbox is accessible and increases the risk of theft or loss. I kindly ask that delivery drivers carefully review and follow the provided instructions to ensure packages are delivered safely and correctly.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope this can be addressed to prevent future issues.
This company is a disaster. There should be no reason that there are multiple people talking about the fact that they give out notices for failed delivery attempts, even though they never show up to our homes. I have been waiting on a bellesa order and I paid for faster shipping but instead I’m not receiving the package, cannot pick it up and can’t even cancel the order. This is a scam company, company’s need to use anything but this website. And to UniUni themselves I would like to say that many people suffer by your hands and spend money for essentially no purpose because of the way your company conducts itself. Please do better for future customers or shut down your USA service.
Easily the worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. In my experience, they have a 66% rate of package LOSS. So not a 66% on-time delivery rate or late delivery rate—they will LOSE your package the MAJORITY of the time. For reference, carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc lose maybe one package every 500, if that? This company is objectively and statistically HUNDREDS of times worse than any competitor. And their claims system and customer service systems are both broken or obfuscated intentionally to prevent you from ever seeing your goods or getting back your money.
How the hell is UniUni still in business? They need to be shut down. They have lost multiple packages and resends of those packages. It’s ridiculous.
The one package I did receive was open - I swear their employees check what’s inside and then decide if they want to steal it or not. The package I received was photo canvases of our family so nothing anyone would want to keep. Amazing that it got through but none of the expensive clothing I ordered at the same time did.
DHL needs to stop using them for last mile delivery. They seem to lose/steal e-commerce packages.
