Review Time
I live in a new subdivision, and the address is not on google maps. However, every other delivery service can find the address except this company. Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Every few days they send me an email asking for the exact gps coordinates of my home, I send them. 3-4-5 days later I get a message saying that my issue has been resolved, but yet I have no package. So I tell them no it hasn't been resolved, just deliver my package. Then I get a reply 4 days later asking me for my exact gps coordinates again. I give it to them. Yet they don't do anything and I get another email saying that my concern has been resolved. Yet I have no package still. This scenario has happened at least 4 times now with this delivery and I'm getting tired of it.
My package wasn't delivered because of undeliverable,?, I'm not sure what the problem was. The message said an attempt was made to call me, I received no phone call.I went out to walk the neighborhood to see what, if any obstruction existed to prohibit delivery of my package. Delivery notice was 7:15 a.m.. I can't reach anyone on the phone before 10:00 a.m.. upon looking closer at my identification information I notice the phone number assigned to me isn't mine. This system of hiring I dependants is faulty at best. Hire and train a crew who UniUni can be accountable to.
Terrible terrible service. Their online forms don’t work. One said they don’t accept email addresses from Telus.net. It takes 30 mins on the phone to get through to an agent who then passes you off, back to the retailer. I kept getting multiple emails and texts advising “failed delivery” and insufficient address. The address was correct yet I had no way to find out what was going wrong and correct it. I spent 3 days getting constant notifications yet felt helpless. Terrible company, amazed they are still in business.
Items came damaged! I placed an order from "Our Place," and unfortunately, this is the courier service they chose to use for delivery. This is clearly a very careless courier service as I have never received items that are so damaged before including the box.
They've had my package for 13 days now, tracking # says out for delivery with driver. I've made numerous enquiries, by email and phone. Placed 2 tickets, which were both closed. One ticket they responded to said they closed the ticket because my address is outside their service area, which is a complete lie being that they've delivered many times to my address in the past. The second time they closed my ticket, I didn't even get an explanation as to why they did. Contacted customer service twice and all they were able to do was re open my tickets and send another inquiry to the warehouse, which was no help at all being that they keep on closing my tickets. I do not reccomend them at all. Worst shipping courier I've ever had to deal with.
Absolutely horrible company! My order has been marked out for delivery in my city for 11 days. Customer service is no help. They sent an email stating my ticket was closed and had been resolved. NO IT HAS NOT!! I still don’t have my package
Had my package delivered they drove up the back driveway and threw the package out of the car window into my cement yard and drove away. How lazy can you be to not get out of your car and make sure the package is delivered properly to the door. "THE FRONTDOOR" not the back of the house.I didn't know where my package was til I looked on my ring and seen the package just laying in the driveway for anyone to steal.
They've had my package for 14 days with zero attempts to deliver. I've made numerous enquiries, by email, chat bot, and phone, and still haven't received an answer as to where my package is. Brutal, pathetic, non-existent customer service.
