Ordered a package, received tracking, said was sent back to warehouse for 2 undeliverable attempts, LIARS, I am in the office everyday M-F, there was NEVER any delivery attempts at all, tried to call, on hold over an hour and no one picked up, so I hung up, CHAT is uselss, I am on hold again and it has been 24.07 minutes since I called,

lazy drivers

driver did not even bother to pull into driveway. Marked my delivery as no contact. After spending 2 days trying to contact them I was told that nothing could happen until package was sent to warehouse and that it would be 10days or so after to schedule a return delivery. They just cost the company they deliver for a customers.

I thought fedex was bad..

I thought fedex was bad... this company makes fedex look like Hermes himself hand delivered my stuff. Uniuni has not successfully delivered a SINGLE package... I have about 8 orders that are somehow all 'lost'. I believe this company is a scam and keeps people's packages, I have zero idea why any reputable company would partner with them for shipping. I can't order anything from temu or tiktok anymore because this is all they use now and I haven't received a single package. It's actually insane how bad they are and this HAS to be intentional.

Delivery drivers are not delivering to our community residents

The drivers are delivering residents packages to our office in a mobile home community instead of to their houses that clearly has their lot numbers on them. Our office door also clearly has a sign stating "do not leave resident packages on our porch, we do not deliver". The drivers are deliberately leaving them because they don't want to take the time to deliver to the houses, therefore leaving them without their packages.

Bad practices

Wrote the company about my package being broken. That asked for proof then closed my ticket in less than 24 hours. They said the need video evidence. But she threw it so far my camera couldn't pick her up.

Was told that delivery date was…

Was told that delivery date was 11/17/2025. Did not arrive. Was then told that delivery was priority and would arrive on 22/18/2025. Product was not delivered. No one is able to advise where product is or when it will be delivered. Tracking information is not updated or accurate.

Horrible shipping experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM COMPANIES that are SHIPPED with UNI UNI. You'll never see your product. They "attempt" deliver at random times outside of business hours. They don't attempt to call numbers listed as contact info for the recipient and their customer service is horrible. I've now requested a refund from the company as I don't expect to ever see this package based on the two attempts to deliver at 830pm which is outside of business hours.

Worst.company.ever

company receives package. promptly tries to deliver in the wrong city. 4 hours from where I live. call customer service? about as much help as a hammer to the back of the head. does the kid, who can BARELY speak english, know where my parcel is? nope. only that it's "asig-ned to drivver" (spelling how it was pronounced). so, the parcel should be in my city. instead, it's probably been delivered to the wrong address 4 hours from me. so, I'll most likely never see it. this company needs to be closed down by the government. can't speak english, can't read the package labels...just a clownshow.

I wouldn't give one star but i had too to do review. NEVER received packages, had 2 from 2 different vendors, same story, delivery attempted. Was shipped to business. No DELIVERY ATTEMPTS WERE MADE. Unreliable, unprofessional. ASK YOUR SELLER WHO THEY USE BEFORE BEING SCAMMED WITH "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED"

Stole my item. Refused to deliver it after it arrived in the US. Fabricated “weather delays” to justify keeping my expensive item.. Ignores emails demanding delivery. This company is a bottom dweller.
