A total disaster

My experience with Uni Uni has been an absolute disaster. There was only one so-called delivery attempt, but no one ever called, rang the buzzer, or showed up at my address, which is clearly listed in full. Now my tracking says the package is being sent back to the warehouse to “rearrange delivery” in 24–48 hours — but there’s no clear update or communication about what’s actually happening.I spent over an hour on hold just to reach customer service, and when I finally got through, they had no idea about the delivery status or when it would be resolved. The chatbot is useless and only gives automated replies.Overall, terrible service — no accountability, no communication, and no effort to deliver the package properly.

PURE TRASH!!! THEY SAY IT'S OUT FOR DELIVERY BUT IT'S NOT THEY'LL HAVE YOU WAITING AT HOME SITTING THERE EXPECTING SOMETHING TO COME THROUGH BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR IT BECAUSE SOMEBODY WILL PROBABLY TRY TO STEAL YOUR PACKAGE IF YOU DON'T AND YOU SIT THERE AND YOU WAIT AND YOU WAIT AND YOU WAIT AND NOBODY COMES THROUGH. THERE'S NO UPDATES ON MY PACKAGES FOR LIKE A WEEK. LAST TIME I GOT SOMETHING AND THESE GUYS DELIVERED IT I GOT MY PACKAGE AND IT WAS ALREADY OPENED UP. IF NEGATIVE STARS WAS AN OPTION I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE HIM A NEGATIVE FIVE STAR.

Absolutely horrid service

Absolutely horrid service. Delivery was past the estimated delivery date and when they finally did deliver it it was to an incorrect location. The "proof of delivery" photo provided by the driver showed some alley behind my building. I went on an adventure to find this location and when I did, the package was not even there.

If you want to sue UniUni for deceitful practices, count me in

They stupidly tried to deliver an item intended for Worcester, MA, USA to Carlstadt, NJ. After I pointed out the error and corrected the zipcode, nothing happened. For over a month I have called, complained, and completed surveys while the item remains "scheduled for redelivery." Many of the responses to my complaints were that the seller hadn't actually sent the item yet, which is untrue.I have canceled the order but am ready to do anything I can to help put this company out of business. I suspect that they are not actually a shipping company at all -- at least, they don't seem to actually deliver the goods they are paid to deliver. If anybody wants to bring a class action suit against them, I'll chip in.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Uniuni. This company has proven to be completely unreliable and, in my experience, fraudulent in its operations.I currently have a package that was supposed to be delivered, yet Uniuni falsely claimed that the driver failed to deliver for whatever reason. This is entirely untrue. I was watching outside my window the entire day, and no delivery attempt was ever made. I was later told that the driver would reattempt delivery within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been over a week, and there has still been no update or delivery attempt.This is not the first time I have experienced issues with Uniuni. On a previous occasion, a driver marked my package as delivered, and when I went to get it just minutes later, the box was empty. After asking my building management to review the security footage, it was confirmed that the Uniuni driver had stolen the contents.This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. A company that repeatedly lies about deliveries and allows theft by its own drivers should not be operating. My most recent package contains valuables worth more than 500 dollars, and I am extremely disappointed at how poorly this has been handled.Giving Uniuni a one star rating would be too generous. They deserve a zero for their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability. This company needs to be investigated and shut down immediately.

Their carriers are theifs the driver…

Their carriers are theifs the driver delivered my package and then stole it called uni uni to file a complaint even sent the the video I have of the guy stealing it and then they close my claim. Worst delivery service ever and I work for the government and can carry packages better than this guy !

I hope TEMU gets tired of losing money

I hope TEMU gets tired of losing money by using UniUni. After doling out $5 late delivery refund, they are faceed with a total refund when UniUni tells them the package is "lost". TEMU is going to lose a lot of business just by covering for this incompetent delivery service.

bottom line here people if you're going…

bottom line here people if you're going to buy online ask who they use for delivery if they say uniuni don't buy from them buy from another store who uses fedex ups or usps. maybe in time uniuni will get the message that they suck.

UniUni is the worst company ever

I was supposed to get 4 packages from UniUni last week and I only got one. I received 3 emails from UniUni stating they could not deliver my packages and gave no reason why. I have been calling UniUni for a week straight and instead of redelivering my package they took them to the warehouse which now it's going to take another 10 business days to get them. If I ever get them. I am not real confident that they will deliver my packages and I will have to work with my sellers from Aliexpress all over again causing undue stress and more time, which my business does not have. This company is the worst company ever and I wish people would stop using them. It doesn't seem that lawsuits and complaints to the BBB make a difference.

Wouldn't trust them to deliver air

They pretend to deliver, the online ticket system doesn't work, getting through to them on the phone takes 2+ hours - they are truly useless
