I bought an expensive cervical pillow that I really needed for my neck and head pain, and I really looking forward to it's arrival. I waited almost two weeks for my package, only for the careless idiot delivery driver to deliver it to the wrong unit. I walked over to my neighbor's house to retrieve, only to see it was not there anymore. I tried rining the bell and knocking on the door several times and got no response. I do not know why the company I bought my pillow from uses UniUni...THEY ARE JUST STRAIGHT UP AWFUL!!!
Horrible service. They’ve had my package for 11 days at their local warehouse and still haven’t delivered.
I usually get me goods within a day with other delivery services.
All I’ve received is an automated response to my complaint.
I ordered several things from Modlily (2 different orders) several weeks before the trip that I wanted the items for. Supposedly there was a "failed delivery attempt" with package #1, with a promise they'd try again in 24-48 hours. It's been 96 hours, I've contacted modlily and uniuni, and I still have no idea where my package is or if I'll ever get it. Goodness knows whether I'll ever see ANY of the items I ordered. I'll never order from Modlily again because of this shipping/delivery issue! This has been a stressful, horrible experience! HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS? Or know why it was supposedly undeliverable?? They have my correct address, email and phone number!!
It's a scam. Deliveries, assuming they will actually deliver, take forever. They can't even do simple low cost things like text message or tracking for deliveries. I had one item "out for delivery" since Dec 31st. It's now Jan 30. They seriously can't make an app that tracks GPS of delivery and allow customers to see... oh nevermind, if there were GPS coordinates, it's proof of their crimes.
Terrible delivery service. I received a delivery notification yesterday, but when I contacted the seller, they said the courier informed them I would get my package today. However, nothing arrived. I called the seller again, and they mentioned the courier now claims delivery will be tomorrow. I find that hard to believe. I've had several packages go missing. I’m waiting for my management office to provide a report from the cameras. I suspect their drivers might be taking the packages back after just taking a photo. I will update once I speak with management. Truly awful service.
This service claims there have been three failed delivery attempts on my package, yet I've been home for three days and no one has come by. Attempting to reach out for assistance is futile, as the only option is a chatbot, and I never receive a response. I can't fathom why any business would partner with such an ineffective company. Terrible service.
I would rate this lower if possible. Based on my experience, this appears to be a copycat shipping service associated with sellers from overseas. After dealing with a refunded poor purchase, they pretended to be a delivery service when I found out the seller was international. I contacted the actual delivery service and spoke to their representatives, only to have someone show up in a pickup truck, wearing a uniform. They seem willing to deceive and engage in dishonest practices to push a subpar service. Not acceptable!
I would rate even lower if possible! The drivers are terrible! On two occasions, they claimed to have delivered a package that I never received. Both times, they provided a photo of a door that wasn't mine. They simply leave your package at the first door they find on the ground floor. They are too unwilling to go up to your floor or walk to the right door. Their service is completely ineffective!
My item was indicated as delivered, but it never arrived. It seems to have been sent to the wrong address or not delivered at all. I've reviewed the delivery confirmation, and it displays someone else's package. The confirmation photos show an incorrect name, wrong address, and an unrelated residence. I've reached out for assistance multiple times, but the support team has not provided any help, nor has the seller been responsive.
A package was stolen by one of their "third party couriers". I submitted a support ticket but received no response, and I spent hours on hold with their support line without any answer. I strongly advise against using this service.
