Review Time
They could not find my apartment so they set my package back to the warehouse, wherever that is. I have been living here for 4 years now and NEVER had a carrier not be able to find my apartment. I think they purposely did not even try to deliver. My review says 1 star because that is as low as I can make it Please consider it a -10.
Ads showed tiger eye rings. Fraud. It’s a printed image on a cheap metal ring. They say it is free - just pay shipping - but $20 shipping and this is horrible. Cannot say enough bad things about such an obvious ripoff. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! RIPOFF! Uniuni was on the envelope JERRY(001)-YASFBARA was on the envelope and Silk & Cotton was on a card inside. I wish I could show you a picture of how horrible and absolutely fraudulent this is!!
My package was delivered to the wrong address. I sent numerous complaints-the picture of the front door was not my front door so I sent them a picture of my door. They then wrote and said my complaint was closed. I will never deal with this company again.
I ordered from TEMU Oct 28,2025. My order was broken into 3 orders to ship. One order showed a date of Nov 18th and the order UniUni got showed to deliver Nov 8th. Well, UniUni stated the failed to deliver but to give them 24 - 48hrs to redeliver. 3days went by so I contacted them again from the website, submitted for a2nd delivery again. I called them about 5 times before the customer service message stopped looping and saying the same thing without prompting you to choose an reason for your call. Their customer service- they'll put you on hold, cold transfer you to someone you can't understand, and the AI emails just keep coming with empty promises and lies!!! I am a Total Retractor for UniUni and wish Temu will Never send my packages thru them! Temu issued me a credit refund, but I really Needed/Wanted my clothes and shoes that I needed for a trip and order in plenty of time to be received prior as I received all other purchased items from other couriers in time.
If I could give this company a zero for a review, I would. They have the WORST service EVER. This is the 2nd time that my products were delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. Luckily, the neighbors were nice enough to take the time to bring the packages to me. The first time, I had to threaten to call the po-po on their asses before they gave me my packages. You try to contact their Customer Help Line, and it doesn't work; even their stupid email doesn't work. The address that's on their packages (4375 S. Lee Street, Buford, GA 30518, where I've written and NEVER received a response, may be fake. Be meticulous when ordering products from this company.
Truly wish I could give them 0 stars. I received notification that my package had been delivered, only the photos with "proof of delivery" weren't for my address. Not only that, the number of the house on the photo had a single digit that didn't match any of the 7 numbers in my actual address (which was an apartment building). It wasn't even remotely a similar address — more like a tired driver wanting to offload all their packages and go home. After calling Uniuni's U.S. customer service line and waiting 15 minutes to be connected to a person, I was told I'd been routed to their Canadian office and that someone in the U.S. would call me back within 10 minutes. By the time I got the callback, the homeowner who got my package had delivered it to my address. When I told this to the rep who'd called me back, she actually laughed, like it was a joke.Uniuni is the worst.
I ordered a pair of sneakers as a gift for my brother, no delivery window was given. After a week or so, I received email notification that the package was delivered. I called my brother to tell him that he had a package, as the footwear was a surprise. He looked all over and said he couldn't find anything at any of the doorways to his apartment complex, I immediately called the that was given to me in the delivery email, but the number was inoperable. I used the complaint form from Uni and got a response in two days stating that the package was successfully delivered, and they provided a picture of the package on the ground at God knows where. I contacted the manufacturer as they instructed, they asked for pictures of the delivery address as it clearly shows that it is an incorrect address. UniUni then closed my case as they keep stating it was successfully delivered. I have since disputed the charge with the manufacturer as my brother never received the merchandise and I'm still out the cost.
it was delivered to my building, outside the building. we are an indoor apartment complex, and all of our parcels are delivered inside. it was left outside the leasing office, on the sidewalk next to a huge busy intersection. thank God someone kind turned the parcel in, otherwise it would have been stolen, as there is a high crime rate because i am in a busy downtown area. Second time this has happened, literally only UniUni has done this nonsensical thing. If a provider uses UniUni, it is a dealbreaker.
These guys suck so damn bad. I need to know what shipping provider a company uses before ordering- and if it’s UniUni it’s a hard pass for me. They’re hilarious in that they send pictures of your building number and a door (not your unit/ apartment number though)to confirm delivery but will not actually deliver to you. They’ll drop it wherever they feel like. They did this to me each time. I contacted them immediately about this, and their customer service reached out asking for photos of my door and home etc. and then they didn’t reply even though I followed up. There was no resolution on their part- not even a response. I contacted the company for a replacement package and they were kind to issue it to me. However, UniUni again delivered to the wrong address (I have no idea where due to them only taking photos of the package on the ground) and sent me photos of that and my building number to confirm delivery. I contacted the company to issue me a refund and cancel my subscription because UniUni sucks so bad that I don’t even want the items I purchased. I’d give them 0 stars if I could in each area from customer service, to delivery, to driver ability to read and match letters/ shapes. Horrible.
