Your courier did not deliver the package to me, but to another place at all!!!!In the place where parcels are stolen, your courier could not even take a few steps my package inside the house so that it was not stolen immediately and left it on the road!!!0/10 Driver and 0/10 for your serviceThe most horrible delivery service I've ever encountered!!!

I’m so sorry you don’t have less than 1 star. Horrible experience with this company. Shipping took forever. On the day of delivery, it showed on the truck at 7:48AM. It was delivered at 9:50PM but not to my house. I have no idea whose porch is shown in the picture proof. I contacted customer service (after 45 minutes of holding) and was told due to a large number in the queue it could be 72 hours for a response. I will NEVER purchase anything where this company handles my package.

THE WORST

THE WORST. EVER. They have not ONCE, not once deliver an item without a problem. Never once. This is the 5th shipping issues. I cancelled my subscription to the company because they use uniuni. This is a vile and pathetic excuse for a shipping business.

UniUni Driver Literally Stole the Package He "Delivered"

Update 11/28: Day 17. Company still not responding to request for documentation. No response in 8 days to any of my messages. Update 11/27: Day 16. Company is not responding at all much less with the requested documentation. No response in 7 days to any of my messages.Update 11/26: Company is still not responding to messages. Incident occurred 15 days ago and counting.Update 11/25: Company is not responding to my messages. Have had to open protest with bank to try and recover lost funds due to company theft. Original: Got a notification on my security camera that someone was at my door and pretty soon after got confirmation of delivery from UniUni by text. Was on a call but was able to have a look a few minutes later...no package...I checked the security camera photos and the UniUni driver literally sat the package down took delivery photos...then PICKED UP THE PACKAGE AND WALKED OFF WITH IT. Video of the whole thing. I've contacted UniUni who seems completely disinterested in the event. I went back to the seller who is also useless and I can't get anyone to even pretend that this is a problem despite having video of everything. Filed a report with the police and working with my bank in the meantime. Also have video of a previous delivery where the delivery person picked up the package after photos and started to walk off with package but changed their mind and left it...So theft is definitely a thing for UniUni and don't be surprised when 12 days after the event they are still taking their sweet time to escalate and address the issue.

This is absolutely the WORST customer…

This is absolutely the WORST customer service ever!!!!!I have spent at least an hour trying to get my package delivered.Your online service is abysmal. Your chat box is incompetent.I have spoken with a human representative, giving him the necessary gate code and my telephone number, then 5 minutes later (after being on hold for 20 minutes) stating that there was a second attempt at a delivery.  I really think this did NOT occur.The driver has been given the gate code.My only conclusion is that your organization is bogus, corrupt, criminal or a combination of all three.I shall post this notice on every outlet available.Completely disgusting.

Package was lost.

Package was lost.Customer Service had 30 minutes wait time to talk to somebody.They opened a ticker. Two days later the ticket was closed without resolution.I requested the ticket to be re-opened and (again) two days later it was re-opened.Then (after another 48-hour period) closed again without resolution/comment.There may be a worse logistics company out there, but I cannot think of any.This company and any company using them for shipping should be avoided.

Admittedly, they have improved lately..

Note - this review is for 'recent' deliveries by UniUni. It would have been a 1 star rating, *but* I will say the one thing that improved their deliveries is tracking the package (usually when it's YanWen logistics) through the Aftership app, and then providing delivery instructions once it has arrived at the US port and 'batch delivery to carrier'. That seems to be the sweet spot for when delivery instructions get applied, if you contact support at that time with 'update delivery instructions'. Too early and they'll say they don't have the package, and too late, well, it's too late.The last half dozen packages from GunDamit arrived A-OK like that. Packages prior to that, yeah it was horrible, and I would have stuck with the 1-Star rating. That said, I am glad GunDamit appears to have switched back to USPS for final mile delivery. If I hadn't discovered the AfterShip app, I probably would have cancelled all of my orders because of the frustration with UniUni. This is a 3-Star solely based on the past half-dozen deliveries after figuring out 'the sweet spot'. (I was tempted to make it 4)

The worst shipping company I've…

Perhaps the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They had my package for over 20 days, and during a period of mild weather, lied about 2 failed delivery attempts due to bad weather. Unless I wanted to wait on hold for over an hour just to talk to someone who knew less about the whereabouts of my package than I did, their customer service was nonexistent. 1 star is way more than they deserve. How does this company stay in business?

Absolute worst delivery company ever

I live in a new subdivision, and the address is not on google maps. However, every other delivery service can find the address except this company. Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Every few days they send me an email asking for the exact gps coordinates of my home, I send them. 3-4-5 days later I get a message saying that my issue has been resolved, but yet I have no package. So I tell them no it hasn't been resolved, just deliver my package. Then I get a reply 4 days later asking me for my exact gps coordinates again. I give it to them. Yet they don't do anything and I get another email saying that my concern has been resolved. Yet I have no package still. This scenario has happened at least 4 times now with this delivery and I'm getting tired of it.
