I live in an apartment complex consisting of four buildings and 168 apartments. At first the carrier left my packages in front of my front door. Guy could hardly speak English, but he checked , found my building and left the package where they were supposed to be left. Now whoever delivers here, says package given to reception (a BIG LIE) My package has been delivered inside the business office and also on the windowsill in the mailroom. Anyone can pick up things I’ve paid for. I got a text saying my package was left with me and it wasn’t. Business office is closed on weekends and I checked the mailroom windowsill and it wasn’t there. I’m going to put in a claim for the purchase of my ring that was supposed to be delivered to me today. I called their Customer Service last month and was on hold for SEVENTY minutes and when I was the next to be helped, the connection was broken. This is the worst excuse for a reliable shipping company.
How are you all still in business! Every time I see this delivery service is delivering my package, I get upset because I know something is going to go wrong. I wish we were told up front what delivery co is being used. If I knew before hand that UniUni was the delivery service I would not purchase from that merchant. I had a package being delivered yesterday from Ticktoc (they use this delivery service a lot). I was waiting on my package all day. I finally stopped looking at 10:30pm thinking they shouldn't delivery this late anyway! Woke up to a text that said my package was delivered at 1:18AM! WHAT, are y'all serious. Who delivers packages that late? After business hours, during sleeping hours!!!???? I'm thankful my package was still there. When the driver delivered that package at 1 in the morning, they had to have thought the package would get stolen. Who are these people. I don't see 1 good review, yet they are still in business???? HOW?????

The driver took a picture of my package showing my correct address, but then delivered it to a completely different porch, which is clearly visible in the delivery photo. This was careless and unacceptable. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
This company is a TOTAL JOKE! What SCAM ARTISTS! They said they delivered a package to my door and I wasn’t even here and they demanded I send them a photo of my door and the picture they sent me was a picture of SOMEONE’S DOOR but it was not MINE. It did not even have an apartment number on the package . This company is a COMPLETE JOKE and they are asking for a lawsuit. PATHETIC EXCUSE for a delivery service! DON’T FALL for their harassing ways. I WAITED on the phone just to YELL at them for accusing me of getting a package I NEVER RECEIVED!
UniUni is 1/3 on deliveries. They deliver to the wrong address (or steal) packages. My package was delivered to a "garage". My apartment building doesn't have a garage and the picture showed is an apartment door, not a garage. They don't respond to tickets and at time of writing their call wait time was 37 mins.
Received a package that had two shipping labels on it...one for my wife and one for another person. Inside was a dress ordered by the other person. Submitted 2 tickets with no response. Called support and after a 35 minute wait got a hard to understand guy who basically said I should keep the package and the other guy who ordered it can just call the vendor and request a refund. He couldn't tell me where our package is - obviously sitting in their warehouse with no label. Nobody at this company seems to give a shit.
