I would give this service negative stars if possible. I have two packages that have been marked as "out for delivery" since December 16, 2025. Now it's January 5, 2026, and despite multiple inquiries, I only receive responses stating that my concerns have been forwarded to dispatch. They close my inquiries without any follow-up. I still don't know if my packages are on their way or lost. I'm starting to think the delivery driver who picked them up kept everything as Christmas gifts for friends and family. My son enjoys the products, but the customer support has been equally unhelpful in resolving this issue or replacing the missing items. Be cautious when ordering from any service that partners with this company; your package might never arrive.
Happy New Year, everyone!!! Another victim here. Should we report this company to FTC? I'm surprised that so many people everywhere on social media and different sites left bad reviews, but nobody reported it. This company should be closed permanently.
I have been waiting for my parcel for 1.5 months. My delivery was canceled twice without any notification. I changed the delivery address twice to facilitate the process, yet my package remains undeliverable. When I submit a complaint on their website, I receive a response, but there is no progress, and they close the inquiry after 48 hours despite the issue remaining unresolved. This has been the worst experience with delivery and customer service.
This company has been a letdown. They received my package on December 2nd, yet by December 22nd, it still hadn’t arrived despite their claims. I was home at all times, but nothing was delivered. I ended up canceling my order and received a refund, but it seems the company still relies on them for their deliveries.
My spouse purchased this shower unit through a social media platform, which was the first error. It turned out to be plastic instead of the stainless material that was promised. This has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out multiple times to update my address, and they assured me it was done for shipping purposes, but it wasn't. My package ended up at an old address I can't access, despite my requests for the change. Now, I can't get a refund or have it resent due to their policies. I’ve essentially lost $250 worth of items!
My package was meant to arrive five days ago, and not only was it delayed in being marked as out for delivery, but we are now on day three of it being labeled as "out for delivery" with no delivery attempts made. This is by far the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Based on the numerous negative reviews I've encountered, they should seriously reconsider their operations.
