These people need to be put out of business. I ordered something from Temu (resin cat head). It was a gift for my daughter who adores cats. They sent an email claiming the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts to contact me. When??? I waited all day to get my package. I got no email or phone call from a carrier. They sent my package back to the warehouse after making 0 attempts to redelivery and every attempt made by ME for redelivery was met with an Ai bot but never a human. Even Temu was baffled at why it wasn't delivered. Just like every other carrier from both Temu or any other place, all they had to do was put my package at my door. I am still calling and now the number keeps hanging up automatically. Yes I'm am LIVID???Who even are these low budget people and business? I've never heard of them before this order with Temu. Lord don't let them have my other orders. The resolution I want?DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO MY APT DOOR. Don't ask me to respond to an email just to give me the run around or make things difficult. Yall have my address.
Four out of five packages are lost. They attempt delivery after business hours at our store, and sometimes it feels like they don’t even try to deliver at all. We've had an incident where a driver stole our package and sent a photo of his couch as proof of delivery. This cheap shipping service is tarnishing the reputation of other platforms.
The driver pulled into the driveway and threw the package out of his window onto the muddy lawn, then sped around the back of my house nearly hitting my car. He was wearing a vest from another company, and when asked, he denied being affiliated with them. Why do the drivers always wear those vests? Every delivery from this service has been terrible.
I would give zero stars if I could. I communicated with them for a month about a missing order. They kept assuring me they would locate it, yet I kept receiving emails stating the case was closed. I eventually had to do a chargeback on my card. I will never use this service for delivery again.
This is the worst service ever! Initially, it took them 5 days to pick up the package from the airport, and nothing happened when I called. It sat in the warehouse for 3 days without moving. Finally, when it was marked out for delivery, two days passed with no updates. I don’t have my package, and after three calls, they kept saying it would arrive tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable!
Drivers consistently refuse to deliver packages to apartment doors. Instead, they leave them in public areas where they can be tripped over, damaged, or stolen. We tried speaking to the drivers, but they not only refused to deliver to the correct address but would also turn around and leave rather than deliver to the apartment door. This happens all the time. Avoid this service if you want reliable delivery.
I have had about 15 packages recently shipped and delivered with UniUni. Except for one, they have all arrived super quickly and not damaged. I ordered 2 sweatshirts from Comfrt on Friday and they were delivered the next day. I was shocked at how fast that was, especially with the holidays. The only issue I had was with one sweatshirt from Comfrt. It said "Out for delivery" on Nov 24, but was never delivered. I called UniUni customer service and they said it could take up to 3 days. On day 5 I called customer service again. The representative was super helpful, said he would put in a ticket with the local warehouse, and that if I didn't receive the package by Monday they would issue a lost parcel certificate. That evening I received the sweatshirt. I am in Las Vegas, for reference, and I do have cameras on my house. I don't know if that helps, but I haven't had any issues like others have mentioned.
They don't deliver to my business during business hours - This last time, they just threw the package over the security gate into the middle of the parking lot where it can get run over! TERRIBLE! We have a sign that tells delivery people to leave packages with our neighbor in non-business hours but they don't or won't read it!
