Attempted delivery to a business after hours on a Sunday. Stated they would return the following week to deliver. Then refused to try again the saying they could not offer second delivery attempt to the area. Refused to return the package to sender. Refused to deliver but offered instead to have me drive 100 miles to their service area to pick it up. Completely useless service. 1 round and round with their customer service. They burned the seller who I bought from by not returning the item or offering or refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMERS!!!
We have had a supplier ship with this joke of a shipping company on multiple occasions. We have NEVER received single package. We are open 7 days a week, every time we get the failed delivery notification we have been on the premises. They all get returned and we instruct our vendor to ship fedex. Complete garbage shipping company.
Can't even believe this is a real company. I got a notice the delivery was unsuccessful and it was brought back to their warehouse. They never called to notify me of any issues while on delivery and they are supposed to try to re deliver the next day but didn't even try. HORRENDOUS company. DO NOT USE!
Terrible. Zero rating. Found a company from FB but ordered off the site using company name. I didn’t miss any delivery. It wasn’t a sign only item and I have cameras- no one tried delivering. Looking at everyone’s comments I don’t believe I will be getting my order. SCAM!!!
Stated that attempted delivery failed, never heard a knock or anything. Reached out to their support to try and just have them deliver the package without me needing to sign or anything. Never heard anything back from them and haven’t had the package attempted to be delivered again. It’s been a week.
They took pictures, 4 of them. They made sure to show my front door and where they laid the pkg. so we could assume that people walking on my street, probably took it since where they placed it was very visible to the street, now anybody knows that you would place a pkg where foot traffic or cars driving by could not see it. They made sure to show the world that "oops, someone saw it leaning on my door and took it and ran. But Im very sure it was the delivery person. They took too many pictures and they made sure to document how dumb they were about the delivery so "a stranger" could be blamed. And then they took it and left.
