I completely agree. This is the most frustrating delivery service I've encountered. My package has been in their possession for 24 days. After spending over an hour on hold multiple times, one representative promised to email me with a delivery time that day. Another assured me it would arrive the same day. Unfortunately, neither promise was fulfilled.
Disappointing experience with the service. I placed an order, which was shipped promptly, but then updates stopped coming after 11/25. I contacted the support team several times without any response. Thankfully, the seller refunded my order, but I hope other businesses reconsider their partnerships with this unsatisfactory service.
I would rate this service a zero. I received a package where the seal was tampered with and items were missing. When I attempted to report the issue, they requested video evidence to support my claim. I merely asked them to look into the matter. The package was under their responsibility from receipt to delivery, and clearly, it was mishandled, resulting in missing items.
They are not truthful! The gift was delayed with the excuse that they couldn't deliver to my address. It's odd since no other service has faced similar issues. When I reached out to express my concern, they claimed they would remake the custom item and ship it within 10 days! Honestly, they never attempted delivery and failed to follow through. It's disappointing, especially as it was a gift for my granddaughter that I'll now have to purchase elsewhere. Not dependable! I had significant problems with them last holiday season too! Caution advised!
Extremely disappointing delivery service. I ordered a t-shirt online and monitored the tracking closely. They waited until the very last day to claim they attempted delivery at 4:45 AM, but I have cameras showing no one came to my house either the day before or after. The seller was helpful and refunded my money, but they were also quite frustrated. I strongly advise against using this service as it seems unreliable and deceptive.
There's really no need to reiterate what's been said before. To summarize, the package arrived in Canada from overseas in just 4 days, but the company has held onto it for a week now. The tracking has shown it out for delivery for the past 6 days, and reaching the support team has been impossible, stuck in a never-ending loop. They do acknowledge emails but simply close the tickets.
This organization engages in deceptive practices, misleading customers regarding the actual location of their packages. They provide false delivery timelines and may delay shipments indefinitely without proper justification. There is a complete lack of respect for customers who are waiting for their purchased items. The service received is absolutely unacceptable. Such organizations deserve to be reported for their disrespectful treatment, inadequate service, and the falsehoods communicated during customer inquiries. Detailed complaints from affected customers should be submitted to the relevant government agencies supervising such entities.
This has to be the most disappointing delivery service imaginable! They seem completely lost when it comes to locating a large building like an apartment or house. They claim it's out for delivery, yet it can take up to two days for it to either not arrive or be mistakenly delivered to a neighbor.
I can't tell if this is a shipping service or something else entirely. Most of the time, my driver seems to take the package instead of delivering it. For a recent order, the driver took a photo of the item and simply walked away with it. There's no accountability, and despite being recorded on security cameras, there seems to be no effort to enhance the safety of deliveries with this service.
