Frustrating Delays with Holiday Orders

I placed an order for items from overseas on December 1st, expecting them to arrive by Christmas. The packages reached the local facility on December 12th but have not been delivered yet. Today is December 24th. I reached out to the support team and was informed that they cannot provide an estimated arrival time. The last tracking update was from December 13th. The delivery service has been very disappointing.

Great service, but customer support needs improvement

The service provided is quite good, but the customer support is extremely frustrating. I've been on hold for an hour with the wait time fluctuating between 71 minutes, 59 minutes, and then even longer. They don't offer live chat, so you're stuck interacting with a bot, which is quite disappointing.

Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience

My package was stuck in a major city for over a week with no updates. After reaching out to the support team, I was assured it would arrive within 48 hours — that promise was not fulfilled. Later, the package was marked as “out for delivery,” but it never showed up. Customer service was unable to provide any helpful updates, proof of delivery, or a clear explanation, and my inquiry was closed without resolution. Due to these delays and lack of accountability, I had to initiate disputes with both the seller and a payment service. This was particularly frustrating as the package contained items for children and was ordered well in advance. The tracking system is unreliable, communication is lacking, and there seems to be no concern for customers once a package is delayed or lost. I would not trust this carrier for important or time-sensitive deliveries.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Delivery

If I could give no stars, I would. My experience mirrors the many negative reviews I've seen. I received a call, but as soon as I answered, the call disconnected, and the number was invalid when I tried to call back. They uploaded a photo claiming my package was delivered, but later I found another photo showing it was actually missing. They refuse to take responsibility based on the delivery driver’s photo. Despite providing proof that my package was never left, I was told it had been signed for, even though I wasn’t home to do so. I kept getting the runaround, and the support team closed my ticket, stating they were not accountable and that it was marked as delivered. Given that my area has low traffic, it’s unlikely anyone stole it; if my apartment were being watched, it wouldn't just be this package missing. I will not be ordering again from the company that uses this delivery service!

Extremely Frustrated with Service!

I am extremely frustrated with the service! The support team seems incompetent, and the delivery has been a nightmare. My package has been out for delivery for 7 days, and with Christmas Eve tomorrow, I am losing hope. I've contacted them for the last 5 days, but all I get is the same excuse about contacting the warehouse, yet there’s no update or my package. I suspect the driver may have taken my items, and they keep giving me the runaround instead of being honest. A supervisor was supposed to call me back, but that never happened. I will not be shopping on this platform again, as this is the second package that has faced such delays despite ordering everything together.

Avoid this service if you value your packages.

If you appreciate having your packages correctly delivered, then I strongly advise against using this service. It's hard to believe that such companies exist. The situation feels chaotic and frustrating. I'm really fed up with it. They should consider allowing ratings lower than one star, as that is what they deserve. Update 12/22/25 - The package was delivered, but the photo they provided did not show my residence, making me believe it was delivered to the wrong address.

Frustrating automated system experience.

The automated system is incredibly frustrating. My package is now 6 days overdue. After finally reaching a person on the line, I was promised a follow-up from a hub in NYC or closer to my location. However, as soon as I hung up, the ticket was closed without any resolution. I called again to confirm my ticket was still active, but the automated system either claims they haven't received the package yet, or directs me to a representative where I end up waiting. After a short wait, it abruptly states no one is available and disconnects! All I know is that my package is stuck somewhere between NYC and my location, which is a 9-hour drive, and it's nearly a week late.

Extremely disappointing shipping experience

This has been the most frustrating shipping experience I've encountered in my 48 years. I placed two orders from different vendors, and both are stuck in their inadequate Chicago warehouse. I've spent a total of 3.5 hours on hold with customer service over three days, only to be told, "we'll submit a ticket." They’ve even closed two of my email tickets without providing any explanation. Their customer service is subpar, and I believe they should be out of business. I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered my items on 12/3 and have yet to receive anything from either vendor. I've filed chargebacks with my bank and will avoid any products from sellers using this shipping service.

Driver delivered, then took the package back.

The driver delivered the package, took photos, and then picked it up again to return to his car. We have two separate video recordings of his actions and vehicle. We've shared both with a local news channel. Although we received delivery notifications with pictures, we now have evidence of the incident... this is unacceptable.

Extremely poor delivery experience.

This is by far the worst delivery service I have encountered. I'm astonished that they are still operational given the level of package mishandling they permit. I ordered twice from a seller, and both times they employed this service for delivery. My security camera captured the same driver carelessly tossing and kicking my package on both occasions. After the first incident, I reported it and provided video evidence. They apologized and promised to take action, but the same driver repeated the behavior during my next delivery. Reaching customer service is a frustrating ordeal. Be prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more without any real solutions. This company demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customers and their belongings. Absolutely dreadful service. I completely concur with others—this is undoubtedly the worst carrier service I have ever experienced.
