Delivery Issues and Poor Customer Support

The delivery service sent one of my packages to the wrong address, and three others have been marked as out for delivery or delayed for over a week. I've reached out to them several times without any resolution. When I called their customer support, I was on hold for over 20 minutes, only to receive a recording stating they were closed, despite it being within their operating hours. It feels like they just don’t care! If I could rate them negatively, I certainly would.

Avoid this service if possible.

I strongly advise steering clear of this service. I understand that sellers often have limited options for carriers once a package arrives in the country. Unfortunately, I seem to get this service almost every time. I've had around 10 parcels delivered through them, and not a single delivery has gone smoothly. Currently, I've been waiting for a package for nearly a month. Previous delivery issues with other orders stemmed from the driver not receiving the access codes for our building, which we finally resolved. Now, they claim that the address I’ve used for all my orders is incorrect. I haven't moved in nearly three years, yet they insist it doesn’t exist. They say there is no building C. I double-checked my original order, and the address is indeed correct. They are clearly at the wrong location but continue to suggest that I entered it incorrectly and that my address is nonexistent. This recent experience has been the most frustrating yet. Many companies, especially those overseas, have no control over which carrier handles the package once it reaches the country. If yours ends up with this service—good luck. You will need it.

Disappointing customer service experience.

Disappointing customer service experience. The driver never tried to reach my home but stated there was an obstruction and marked the delivery as unsuccessful. My door camera clearly shows the driver did not show up. When I contacted the support team, the representative was unhelpful from the beginning and told me that if three delivery attempts are deemed 'unsuccessful,' the package will just be sent back to the seller.

Extremely disappointing service.

This service is incredibly frustrating. It's hard to understand how it's even a choice, especially with other carriers around. Packages appear to vanish, and you can be left waiting for a delivery status that drags on for weeks. I genuinely think the tracking information is fabricated.

Untrustworthy and unresponsive.

Untrustworthy and unresponsive. They fail to reply to inquiries, and their support is virtually nonexistent. There are concerns about them holding or misappropriating packages. They claim to be based in Canada and primarily communicate in French, so it's perplexing why they are handling US shipments when they likely struggle with English!

Steer Clear of This Service

Steer clear of this service. My package has been stuck in Dallas since December 4th. If they notice you have more packages on the way, they will hold the ones that arrived first and make you wait unnecessarily. Other packages arrived on December 11, and I'm hoping they get delivered soon. I have another package that has been marked out for delivery since December 6, but it still hasn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the drivers have been passing my package around. Customer service is unhelpful and struggles with communication. This shipping company is truly disappointing and makes USPS seem like a premium option.

Extremely disappointed with the service…

I would give negative stars if possible… The service has lost my package and is not being honest about it. It has been stuck in transit to a local warehouse for nearly a week. It's nearly impossible to reach a representative, and when you do, they are very rude and unhelpful. In the future, if a package is shipped by this service, I will just cancel my order because nothing is worth the stress this has caused.

Delivery driver mishandled my package.

The delivery driver carelessly threw the package at my house. I contacted the support team to address the issue and the damaged item, but they closed the ticket after reviewing the video. They offered no compensation, only stating it wouldn’t happen again, and provided nothing to replace the damaged product.

Timely delivery and excellent service.

The delivery occurred within a reasonable timeframe after I was informed it was on its way. The delivery person treated the package with care and was very polite when speaking to my husband in the driveway. He even offered assistance with what my husband was doing. After reading previous reviews, I wanted to share that there is at least one outstanding employee.

Delivery Issues and Lack of Support

I placed an order that was shipped through a delivery service. I wasn't home and had put my USPS, UPS, and FedEx deliveries on hold for a holiday week. On Thanksgiving Day, I received a notification that my order was out for delivery. I emailed urgently trying to halt the shipment since I live in an apartment without a package room, and the item would be left on my doorstep. I didn’t get a response until 12/8/2025, after the package had already been delivered on a holiday. The customer service simply stated, "looks like this package was delivered - ticket closed."
